Only have one complaint. They have a area next to the lake where there's grass in a fire pit. And the sprinklers came on during the day. While we were there. In the late afternoon seems kind of strange to have the sprinklers come on during the day in the middle of summer. When people are using the area. We called to see if we could get them turned off they said no there was no staff there to turn them off. The morning would be a great time to water the grass when no one's around.

This is your second time coming there. It was a very nice place.

What I did like was the location, we had gas stations near, also coffee shops, liquor store and a pizza place. Also the price was reasonable. And the room was always warm, I was able to sleep without freezing.

The only thing I wasn't happy about was the cleanness of the room, when we got there the floor was very dirty and you can even feel it when walking around the room . I had to wipe it out a with paper towels, but still it was very dirty. Also there is no mat on the entrance for dirty shoes, and there is no drawer to put your clothes or even something to hang you jackets. The pans are old and everything sticks on it.

The room was modern and it had nice amenities. Having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower area is great. I also liked the fire pit and bbq outdoor area. The view of the lake was also very nice. Close proximity to The Village was great.

Some recommendations would be to add some non slip stickers to the tub and a hand rail to assist with exiting the tub. It would have also been nice to have two folding chairs in the room. There was plenty of space to store them next to the trashcan. A small bistro table would have been nice too.

Cabin was cute and we had a tree growing in the entrance that was amazing. Very clean!!! It is located to the village where shops are located and near some great places to see, do and eat. The marina is in walking distance too.

Last night was Sunday night we had 4 young men partying playing Mexican music in the hot tub right next door until 11:45. This cabin is next to the pool so you get alot of noise in cases like this. It was Sunday night and staff was not there to fix the situation.

Very clean inside and out of the room. Great lighting. Recently remodeled. Responsive HVAC, plus a fake fireplace. Also, plenty of electric plug-ins. Included fridge, microwave and Keurig. The hotel portion is right on the water!

For ADA unit, the toilet is in the shower wet area. Plus due to poor grading, the water flows away from the drainage. Also, the main door's strike did not operate well, on top of that, the handle was difficult to open and close the door

We loved that it was so close to the village where all the shopping and restaurants are located. The view was beautiful. Cabin was very clean and spacious for the two of us.

The only negative thing I have to say was our bed that was in the cabin was extremely bouncy and soft. We do prefer a more firm mattress. This one was like sleeping on an air mattress for us.

We had a lovely stay here as a family of three (two adults, one 7 year old child) + our dog. The property was centrally located, but also felt quiet and safe. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, and we loved both the pool and easy lake access.

Our room was adjacent to a utility room of some sort, and we could hear the whirring of AC units turning off and on.

Newer, updated, very clean, friendly staff. It was peaceful and I was able to relax and have peace.

In room coffee machine. I didn’t realize the cups were smaller than the water used. Not enough cream and sugar. Otherwise, perfect! My son’s room didn’t have any curtains on the patio slider next to their bed. That was a little disturbing, we asked for a blanket and tape for privacy, keep the morning sun and cold at bay. They hung the blanket up with tape. It worked somewhat.

Right on the lake. Good location close to everything

When I checked in I believe was manager didn’t greet us she was reading a book. Stood in front of her said hello hello. She then said just one please she looked back at her book her head went down. Watched for about a minute asked if she was ok she laughed said she was thinking. Then she took my credit card for deposit tried running it 4 times no success. The checkin process took at least ten minutes Not sure if she was on something or has something wrong with her. Just a very strange interaction

We stayed in Cabin 258, a studio Queen. It was a nice size space, bigger than expected. The location was pretty close to the road, but it actually didn't bother as at all - was very quiet. We walked everywhere: into the village, to breakfast, to lunch, to the lake... location was super easy and the whole stay was relaxing. Loved our little patio - and the shower pressure was top notch!

The room details said we have a DVD player, but we couldn't find it. Not terrible, but a bit of a bummer since we brought some movies to watch. Also, the tub water wasn't hot. It was for the first little bit, but then became luke warm and then cold... and the jets didn't work. So I bathed in water up to my hips, which was a little less than ideal. Also, the studio is for two people, but that meant we only got two plates, two cups, etc. Not ideal when you're cooking. (You need some extras for cutting things, serving, etc.) Oh - and no extra towels or room service was provided. You had to go ask. Not the worst, just would have been nice to have more than two towels and two shampoos for two people over three days.
