Nice location, friendly staff, clean facilities.

A couple staying in the room next to me kept me up all night, the first night of my stay by the woman screaming and yelling up until four in the morning. The next night, I mentioned something about the noise but very politely. Not wanting to cause a problem, I didn’t text my management and didn’t confront the neighbor again. They only kept me up till three in the morning, the second night. everything was perfect on this trip. I took this trip to get away by myself and did not receive one night of sleep. I am let down. And yet I gave you a great rating.

The room was extremely clean, the fireplace was turned on prior to our arrival to ensure it was nice and warm when we arrived. My favorite was the jacuzzi near the fireplace. Our room had everything from a fridge to dishes, microwave, coffee maker, etc. We loved our stay so much we extended our stay for another day and the receptionist was so helpful. Outstanding service, quick and easy. we enjoy our lovely room another day. Room was conveniently surrounded by restaurants, other cabins and a gas station open 24/7. The location was just perfect. I definitely will be back and recommend Cathy’s Cottages.

I loved everything about my stay.

It is a good room, and with an indoor jacuzzi too, Location was easy to find and was a convenient one for my purposes. Very clean property.

Sound isolation is not very good (between paired cabins). When neighbors checked in for the night weekend, all of their (arguably, louder than most usual folks talk) were very much heard, as well as them running their jacuzzi at 12:30AM until 1:30AM. I would recommend to make it more clear to guests what hours for loud activities are acceptable.

My goodness, I would love to meet Cathy in person. I spoke with her on the phone, and she has the sweetest, nice personality you ever want to hear. She is her Cottage, it makes her, and she makes up for it. The Cottage was very impressive, marvelous, exceptionally appealing. I did not expect it to be so comforting, having all the amenities as if you were at home. I wanted to stay an extra night, one day I plan to stay longer. There is nothing you'll have to ask for. Everything is right written down, explained, supplied. There is two heaters, an air conditioner even though one's not needed in Big Bear. The Cottage is Miraculous, I cannot put it any other way. The guy at the off site office was really helpful, going out of his way to make sure that we got our room. They go way out of their way for their guest. Thank you Cathy, for a wonderful STAY at your Cottage Home. Will visit again. Semi Benson & George Level P. S. We left the place just like when we arrived, but if I could, I would have changed the linen.

That the office is not on the property. Also, the fact that you have to confirm your stay online, 24 hour before your arrival, and to sign the agreement online. But all was worth it.

Cosy clean cottages with the bare minimum of facilities - enough to get by comfortably for a week with most nights eating out. The one cabin we stayed in had Hulu, Disney+, and HBO max which was nice... I got the feeling it would be different for other cabins however.

It was a 30min walk to the edge of town, but the location is amongst sparse pine forest which is a nice silver lining

The cottage was so nice, clean, and cozy, more then what I expected, we loved it!!!!

The bed was uncomfortable. Felt ok at first but after a while it was so uncomfortable and woke up to a sore body.

Its cozy and warm and easy to make feel like home. Parkjng is right in front so easy unload and staff is always quick to respond

TV was a but small but nonetheless it still worked great

It's a cozy cottage home W/ a indoor jacuzzi fantastic For the blue color, athlete Or just bust in the mill person to relax, & sooth those aching muscles.

Everything was very clean. The spa with the fire tv placement was great! Perfect for a couple.

The TV kept automatically turning on by itself even when we turned it off with the remote. Was a bit bothersome at night but we unplugged it and everything was great!

The Jacuzzi and quick response from the staff via text messages. Also hot water was really hot.

Windows were kinda dirty and with spiderwebs. Coffee pot was dirty.
