Proximity to Snow summit was great. Confortable room. Ample self parking lot. like that the eating area was open at night and you could bring takeout and eat dinner there. Indoor poool allowed a nice break after a aday skiing.

Booking said checkout time was 12:00, Hotel said 11:00. Even when I showed them the booking reservation, they were not willing to adjust. We checked out on Monday morning, hotel was empty, it's amazing they were not able to accomodate 1 hour.

Love the cleanliness, services, continental breakfast were amazing! Genuinely great service with a smile, all my needs were met and me and my wife could never be happier!

A lack of availability of pet waste cleanup products like bags, luckily I brought my pet waste bags because the little stations on the courtyard didn’t have any at all to pick up my pet’s waste. Finally larger trash cans in the room to dispose of garbage other than a little office waste basket

We're coming back in Sept. and will definitely stay here again. The room we had was set up perfectly for our needs. the "kitchen" was set up with micro, fridge and sink with cupboard and a long counter. Just need a light under the overhead cabinet so you can see what you're doing would be nice. The breakfast bar was well stocked and had a good selection.

The hotel chain needs to put a sign somewhere along the main road telling you how to get to the parking lot and check-in!

Hampton Inn Big Bear Lake is a great family hotel. We only stayed one night while driving through to Vegas but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfy with a big bathroom and very comfy beds/pillows. There is a laundry facility at the hotel too which is great. The included breakfast was busy but well catered for.

Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, nice indoor pool and jacuzzi, cool lighting in the dining area and courtyard, free full breakfast, self serve store, free smores by the fireplace, quiet location, and fair pricing.

The breakfast was probably the only thing that didn’t meet our expectations. There just wasn’t much of a personal touch. It was so crowded it was hard to find a place to sit and eat.

Check out at 11 should be twelve, and having to check in so late. If we check in at 2:00 or 3:00 pm we should only get charged half the day.

Hotel is located in a great location. Hotel staff was really nice and friendly, giving great advise. Overall, excellent choice to stay in Big Bear!

My family loved the whole property it was everything we could ever ask for .. and the fact it was pet friendly won us all over ..

Nothing I didn’t like..

Super crowdy breakfast. Even taking a coffee took me 10-15 minutes as there is only one machine, needing 55 seconds to fill up a cup of coffee each.
