The rooms were clean and had more amenities than other hotels, a kitchen, couch, storage. The hotel had clean gathering spaces and a movie night, and smores. The convenience items were really helpful when we arrived back thirsty from skiing. We were there on a Monday, but it was very quiet and I appreciated it.

I wasn't aware that I would be paying $20 to park. The desk clerk said the $20 parking fee- included breakfast, but on booking.com that was a part of the hotel cost. Plus, if I didn't have a car, would I not have been able to have breakfast? I would've liked breakfast to be served until 10 am. I'm a late riser.

Facilities had everything family needed. The outdoor space was exceptionally comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed the grill and the outdoor fireplaces. fitness center had all the needed equipment to get a good workout. beds where comfortable and room was clean and had everything needed.

Service was okay, requested late check out to make easy exit for our day plans but was refused. Requested a refill of tissue and was asked to check bathroom which had none, never got tissue delivered.

Cleanliness & over all property in whole. As check in front desk offered pack of smores for fire place. And offered extra amenities the night shift on other hand was ok could be more friendly I understand they are working night shift but night shift anywhere isn’t always happy. Other than that morning and mid shift were so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place to travel and relax 😁

Over night shift didn’t look or seem to friendly

We really enjoyed out stay! We traveled as a family 5 five (3 young kids) and it was the perfect place for us. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff was incredible and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and the lady in charge of hospitality went out of her way to get my kids some churros with fun toppings. The breakfast was great, they had a nice coffee machine, and the pool was a lot of fun.

I can't think of much. The only slightly inconvenient thing was that you had to drive down a side road to get to the parking lot around the back, but that wasn't an issue at all. Just took an extra minute.

I really enjoyed the cozy, modern design of the rooms. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. Plus, the location near Big Bear Lake was perfect – it felt like a peaceful escape.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, and the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

It’s brand new. Great facilities and amenities. Comfortable beds, super clean. Love the outside area with fireplaces. And the coffee drinks on demand. Kitchen's even have a hot plate.

We were surprised by the $20/day parking fee. And breakfast was kind of weird. The little omelette has some really strange paste inside them that was supposed to be cheese. Showers have no pressure.

Room very nice and clean for our four night stay. Staff acknowledged us going and coming, making us feel welcomed. Great breakfast. They do campfire smores in the evenings, but due to the winds during our stay, we didn't partake. We highly recommend it.

As with most hotels, flat-no support pillows.

New construction, modern and clean, decent breakfast included and afternoon snack. Good location close by the Snow Summit.

A bit pricey for a couple, probably the suites would be worth it for a family with kids. Also parking with extra pay, no parking mention was a bit confusing.

Unbelievable that this hotel did not have a business center with a computer/printer. The TV was extremely hard to operate.

The staff was very attentive, sweet, and polite. The pool inside the facility was great.

The morning breakfast items were the same as the prior morning. Perhaps alternating different items every other day. The waffle maker was great for my kids.
