The location was perfect and we would always chose this unit. We had an unrestricted view of trees and mountains. We loved the balcony and the grill. Spent lots of time there. Being just a few steps from the grocery store was very convenient and a walk to the Donut House in the morning was part of our regular routine. The location of the property allowed for quick and short access to our favorite hiking trails.
Lack of AC during the hot days. We brought out pickleball equipment but could play due to the surface of the court. Thst was a big disappiontment . Would recommend putting in a playable court surface as you could easily have two pickleball courts instead of one tennis court that nobody uses. The game room was very warm and stuffy. Perhaps a few big industrial sized fans in the ceiling might help. Might offer a few different pillow options. The furniture and carpets are looking a bit worn out..

Property was beautiful, well kept and clean. Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. Great time in Big Bear.
Stayed with 2 kids and thought the pull out couch would be sufficient. Living room was a bit small and everything felt cramped when the pull out was open. Also, there is no air conditioning so the afternoons were a bit hot if you plan on visiting in the summer. They did provide a fan, and there are ceiling fans as well but I would consider bringing an extra fan.

Great family trip to celebrate the end of the school year. The teens had a blast enjoying all of the amenities and activities. Mom and Dad enjoyed relaxing! Highlight for Dad was the built-in gas grill at unit. We grilled every night! Great location, beautiful weather. Happy family vacation!
It got a little warm in the evening and without air conditioning we needed to keep the windows open at night to sleep, but it worked out fine. Would have felt more comfortable with 2 nd story for open windows. But felt safe enough!

Clineless, very cordial and responsive staff
We arived later at night, when it was already dark. It was very dificult to find the reception/lobby, based on the official address (we used the car navigator). Finally we called the office and asked for guidance. In the office the concierge explained where our room was, but that didn’t help much. After my explicite frustration, the concierge finally understood our trouble and walked us to our room and helped us with our luggage up the stars. You need better to organize reception of late commers, especially if they are old people (over 80). Signage in the complex is not the best. You should help better those people, to they feel more welcomed!

Amenities were great, comfortable bed, and loved having a kitchen. The location was perfect and overall the facility was quiet. I liked that there were multiple spas and it was kid friendly.
My only complaint is that the people staying above us were extremely noisy. It sounded like they were moving furniture until midnight and even woke up at 2 or 3 in the morning hearing doors slamming or people running. Next time I would get the top floor.

The location was great, the grounds were nice, the staff was wonderful. Spacious unit and parking near front door.
The facilities like gym and hot tub could stay open to midnight. I felt forced to go to bed early on my vacation. There could be more cookware in the kitchen, tools to make food were limited. A smart TV would have been nice for streaming. There was nothing to watch on cable so that should be modernized.

World Mark Big Bear is a wonderful resort for family groups. We rented 3 apartments for our group of 9 people. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean and the staff was excellent.
One of the apartments didn't have any dish soap or sponges available. The staff was happy to provide it when we went to the office. I'm sure it was just an oversight by the cleaning staff to resupply the room. Not a big issue.

WE always like staying here as they have all the facilities of home.
WE told them that we would like a downstairs unit and then they put us on the 2nd floor. WE don't like having to drag our ice chest as we usually bring all of our groceries.

The instructors were fabulous!! Kenny and someone else, who was also extremely knowledgeable and patient. I can’t say enough positive feedback about our instructors!!!
Long lines for the chairlifts, very expensive food.

The property is well maintained. The roads were clear from snow and debris. If there were marked paths for pedestrians instead of walking through the same roads for vehicles it would be a lot safer. The condo was spacious and clean. Water pressure in all sinks and showers were great. We attempted to hook up our Roku even after buying the property wifi but we couldn’t get things to connect properly. Our kitchen was missing a wine bottle opener but the front desk brought one over right away. Our kids played in the snow just behind our building. There was enough room to sled around and make snowmen.
It gets pretty dark around the property at night but that comes with the territory.
