Absolutely everything! We were lucky to stay in the apartment that was completely new, everything from start to finish was very smooth and fantastic. I believe so far this is one of my best experience of staying in the hotel. The location cannot be better - the downtown of big Bear Village is right there however the hotel is located a little bit on the side so there is no noise and very chill and peaceful atmosphere. We got a suite overlooking the lake and the pool. The pool is not big but we had a great time there - we were staying on weekdays so there were hardly any guests in the pool. The staff was fantastic, helpful and overall just super super nice. Our suite was spacious, well planned and even had a washer and dryer. I was literally feeling like I was at home. They have a garage for cars which I think is extremely convenient in winter when there is snow. We often come to big bear during the winter season and this will be our place to stay next time. With very rare exceptions, I almost never give 10 rating, but this time I think it’s well worth it!

This property far exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing, so friendly, helpful and responsive to all our needs. The property has a heated pool and hot tub that stays open until 11pm. The clubhouse has lots of activities and free coffee/cocoa. We were in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that had a huge kitchen...I mean huge. The unit also had a private washer and dryer. Each unit also comes with a private garage. All this and the property is located at the entrance to The Village where all the charming shops and restaurants are.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this property.

The location is so great. Very central to everything. The property is beautiful. The 2 bedroom suite was so spacious.

They were always out of pool towels. The beds were horribly hard and uncomfortable. There were no directions on what to do with our trash. There was no wifi connection for the televisions in bedrooms. I inquired on how to fix it but they just offered to send up maintenance but it was 9pm and half my family was asleep. I didn’t bother asking again.

Location is great! Very clean and comfortable.

There were small issues but still worth mentioning. Upon arrival there were ants all over the kitchen island as well as the balcony. Traps were brought up promptly but it took two out of our three days before the ants were gone. We understand the close proximity to nature but it’s still unfortunate to have that problem. Also the garage door opener for our unit was not working. It wasn’t that big of an issue this time so we just parked outside. These were small issues and will not affect our decision to come back again.

The rooms are beautiful and every single person working there went out of their way to be helpful and friendly! Michael at the front desk was great. The grounds are beautiful and the village is within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

The towels at the pool were gone both times we were there….not sure if the guests were taking them back to their rooms…but maybe something to keep an eye on……

Was there breakfast????

The only complaint was our family went to go to the Clubhouse the evening on our last day there and everything was locked. They weren't suppose to close until 11 but they closed it at 8 which was disappointing our last night there we wanted to enjoy that. When I asked aboit it the person said she called and left messages to let the guests know BUT if you look at the phone in the rooms there is ABSOLUTELY no way to check messages so we couldn't have known.

The view was awesome and the place had a great layout very clean

When we got our keys to the room we did not get a garage opener so each time had to get out of my truck to use the keypad / no heat in the restrooms / one shower would not get hot enough / outside the garage there was small rocks from the rain gutters I had to walk all over for two days if the ground don't clean then you could add a broom in the garage Thank you

This place was wonderful in all aspects. The location, the cleanliness, the facilities and staff all contribute to my review of 5 stars. It felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay walking distance to the town and close to all major attractions at Big Bear.

Great experience! The villas are roomy and comfortable, view is great, stuff is friendly and helpful. Pool, Jacuzzi, and gym at your service with very reasonable hours. Vacation you would like to repeat.

The payment method was a bit confusing. We did not realized that it was taken in parts. The pool could have less insects inside, but I guess it is hard to control.

Fantastic facility. Suite was spacious, and extremely well furnished. Kitchen facilities were excellent. We had 3 grandchildren, ages 3,7, and 10, they loved the place, lots of room for them. Pool was heated and well maintained. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Great service.
