Had a pleasant stay in a large studio room on the ground floor. There was a small kitchen area with oven, sink, microwave and fridge freezer, a sofa and a large bed with a separate small shower room and toilet. Ideal for my needs and a short walk to some restaurants and a café. Check in was simple and needed to be done before 6pm. Check out was even simpler with a drop box as I left early.

We needed to book a hotel last minute due to a weather emergency, and luckily they were able to accommodate us! Not only did they have affordable availability, but the woman who helped us in the leasing office (at 9pm) was AMAZING. She was incredibly helpful and sweet and really turned our night around.

The location and the size was great for our family of 7. They had a cute playground that our little kids played on (7 &11). The owner was very nice and gave us a lot of information. They had towels and basic kitchen utensils and some pots and pans.

Some of the things were broken, the toaster didn't work properly and the sofa bed was not able to be used.

We wanted to snowshoe on the Pineknot trail, but the parking was just impossible. It snowed a day before, and the snow play area was completely full with families with kids. Many cars were parked illegally, and most of them had tickets on their windshield. So we gave up and decided to check into the Timberline lodge, only to discover that the lodge was just down the street. We parked our car there, then just walked up to the trailhead. That was just so sweet!! Super dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us.

Place is one of the most affordable in the area, so set your expectations accordingly. You get the bare basic stuff, and we were completely fine with that.

A little unkempt outside in spots, no kitchen towels or cleaning products besides dish soap , needed a pot / pan scrubber., And salt/ pepper .

The studio room is a stand alone building, not adjacent to other rooms. The small table with eating utensil, cups, plates, forks adds a warm touch. The TV has digital cable.

Heat could be a bit noisy.

Very accommodating booked the wrong room for my family size. Issue was fixed promptly and we were upgraded at no extra charge. Kids enjoyed the play area

It was ver cold. Now we know we can ask for more heaters

The location and tranquility. The family suite was comfortable and cozy.

No ac. But it was refreshing with all windows and door open.

Very close to the village, cabin was clean, quaint and had everything you need.

Max was so helpful and friendly. The place had an amazing restaurant right across the street. The kids loved playing in the snow at the playground. It was an amazing value!

It seemed there was animal fur in the cabin and my daughter is allergic to cats and dogs.
