Loved the cozy spa room. With fireplace right close to the lake. They had a little Christmas tree in the room with lights.. so perfect loved that feel of Christmas. Spa was lovely!!

The fireplace is gas it was great when we first came in it was on and lovely. Then later that night it went out and we couldn't get it back on the pilot was on but it wouldn't catch. The thing I didn't like is they had no clue why it wasn't working and never fixed it so the rest of that night and the next day and night we had no fireplace. Which is part of the ambiance we wanted. That was disappointing.

the location is near all main attractions like visiting the lake, the park, the village, must recomended, the rooms and beads are very clean and comfortable, the manager & his wife were very kind and answering all our needs, the rooms offer cups, dishes, coffee & hot chocolate, great service...

in my opionion the only issue we found was any of the tvs, were not smart tvs to view our own shows, but anything else was great, the wifi signal was strong enough to be comunicated, very appreciated.

Great place, very spacious & comfortable, right in the middle of Big Bear. Huge room with fun spa tub Nice extra touches like popcorn & snacks in the room. Fully functioning kitchenette with gas hob (4 burners), microwave, sink, cooking implements & cupboards. Good parking facilities.

Wish we knew about the hob & all of the cooking facilities available; pots, pans, crockery, etc (please add this to room description Booking.Com).

Staff was easy to communicate and everything was straightforward. They are accessible if you have any questions or concerns. Our room felt well insulated that the heater wasn’t needed even though temps was around 20-30°s at night. Staff was cordial with our pet Labrador! Our dog enjoyed the trip with us being that it’s his first doggo vacation!

We went when it was just starting to end the cold weather but it was still chilly so we tried the spa and the water wouldn’t get hot so we had to wait until they turned the water heater on it sucked because it was late and we had to drain the water and be cold and we couldn’t figure out the heater either they had like 3 different switches

My husband and I really enjoyed the room overall. The option of a small kitchen made it easy to have meals without spending too much for a weeks stay. The hot tub was very comfortable and the fire place situated in the main room plus the hot tub area was perfect.

My husband and I love to watch movies on our trips during down time. We usually use our laptops with services like prime or Netflix. With that said our Wifi kept buffering our movies and upon more guest arrivals it was near impossible to play any movie at all. We expected a delay due to location of the mountain and all so it wasn’t a huge deal breaker.

The property was clean well lit up felt safe

The only thing that we didn’t like is that we reserved a spa tub room and didn’t get to use it because water heater was out on it we informed the staff and they did turn it on but it would take a few hours to get hot all they said that they could give us was late check out. Not partial refund.

The staff is wonderful. Anything and everything we needed, they went above and beyond. The room was clean and everything is right there for you. Like utensils, pots and pans, wine bottle opener, wine glasses. I could go on and on. I recommend fully that you stay here when in Big Bear. You will love it as much as my husband and I did. We plan on going back before the summer is over.

Absolutely nothing.

Our stay was excellent, above our expectations. Styled and clean room, very quiet. Jacuzzi was a bonus for the evening :) Lake is nearby, and the Lodge isn't located in the crowded village, that's great. The bed was comfy. Staff is helpful and nice. Hope to stay here again.

Location, studio suite, fireplace

Some of the moldings were damaged, the use of extension cord for jacuzzi tub and tv connections were just hanging. The studio looked clean but when we looked at the bottom of our feet, they were black.
