The staff were amazing! They were so kind and helpful, and are a great team. They work hard dealing with difficult hotel guests!

It was nothing against the motel, but our neighbours were awful. They smoked weed and screamed all night. We were too tired the first night to complain as it was late when we checked in. We thought our neighbours had checked out our second night, but alas at 10:30pm they came back screaming again as they were kicked out of the local clubs. I know it can't be helped by the motel, but it was the only damper to the getaway.

The location was good. Ample parking spaces available and quite safe. It was not noisy and the service was great. The washroom was clean. The heater worked great. The TV and all other amenities worked great too.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Its bearable for a night.

Jessica at the front desk was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped tremendously. I needed a car rental, information, advice and she provided all of those things with a smile. Magnanimous! I would highly recommend going to motel 6 big bear, Especially if Jessica is on duty. Excellent customer service and very professional. 5 stars! Thank you Jessica, you're a star!

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave. That bit hard. That's my only complaint! Jessica you rock! Thank you motel 6!

For motel 6 it checked all the boxes. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Very friendly.

The bed reach absolute havoc on my back. Inadequate blankets. The heater is very efficient but if you like to sleep in a cool room there aren't enough blankets to keep warm.

The hotel is Great comfortable beds the staff there is very nice it is also dog friendly witch is a plus for me you also have everything near by from places to eat shop and have fun. This will be the place for me and my family to stay every time I we go to big bear

I like that it was located in a nice area in Big Bear. So quiet and fresh air, the staff was so nice and helpful. When the key card didn't work they assisted by going up to the room making sure that I could get in. They will conversate with you like family, not like some staff at other hotels in a hurry and rushy.

I don't like that they aren't doing the microwave and refrigerator thing. I had to eat cold sandwiches and eat out the nights I stayed, that's a bummer!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel 6 and was satisfied with its north shore location.

Every thing was as expected. Everything worked and was clean looking and smelling. The staff were very polite. The location is ideal!

I didn't like just the one blackout curtain. I would have enjoyed a second inner curtain that allows light to come into the room.

Basic room. Nothing that we could not handle. Worth the price.

Tv was not working. You have to wait for 15min to get hot water in shower.

Walking distance to Wyatt Bar and Grill. Walking distance to Red Line Mountain Transit (free shuttle)
