I missed the breakfast. Didn't know there was one. Loved that the village was within walking distance.

Beds were a little hard but I've slept in worst!

Was willing and able to accommodate very late check-in in a reasonable way for all parties ahead of time. So thankful for this. Wonderful location with a great price. The view on the drive up and down is amazing. The last time we stayed, it was absolutely stunning after a recent snow.

Was difficult to open/close the bathroom door, as the bottom digs hard into the floor. Wouldn't have cared much if I wasn't sharing a room with a coworker. Not very much parking available unless there are other lots we couldn't find

The location was great for us… It was a funky, older Motel, which gave us the cabin experience. The young grandkids thought it was very fun and was like being out in the forest.

The kitchen probably needs a few more glasses and bowls and such but we found what we needed and make it work! But again, it was exactly what we wanted our grandkids to experience, a cabin like feel that had what we needed, that wasn’t perfect, and it all made it part of the fun

We loved the area and the location of the lodge. The property is extensive so they had a nice sized dog run in the back. We were upgraded for 2 of our 3 nights at no charge into a suite with a kitchenette. It worked out so well for our family of 5. We got rain for the majority of out trip and Bruce brought us a fire pit to hang out under the porch area. It was awesome. The rooms that we had both suite and the room before were decorated for Christmas and made the ambience even thatch better. We definitely plan on going back and staying here again.

loved this property! it was spacious, cozy, quiet, very close to everything, & it had everything we needed inside for a great stay. overall a beautiful LOCATION, surrounded by forest, a little trail to hike and enjoy the scenery, lights encompassing the buildings, and the managing staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. it made a perfect stay for a little family get-a-way. I will definitely be coming back.

could use a little more updated living room furniture & appliances. but overall a great place. nothing to complain about(:

close to big bear and all the ski lifts and tube sloping. our second room had a few bugs. We found a small bottle on the bed (we just moved him outside) and we got ants. other than that the staff is kind and friendly and very attentive. plan on staying again in a bigger room

A little run down. No back deck due to winter damage. They couldn't get our DVD player to work.

the management was outstanding their is a man named Bruce there who had showed us around and showed the best hospitality my lady and I have ever been given he is an amazing man and just knows how to make you feel at home thank you Bruce and we will be seeing you again
