I come from a very rural area, so when a hotel is right on the freeway and in the center of the city, I always hear road noise, but I must say, Best Western Hesperia was quiet compared to other places I have stayed. The staff was friendly and courteous, the beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast had everything we needed and was very delicious.

Everything was white and crisp. Amazing 👏 the pool was clean,the breakfast fluffy eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice. It was more than I expected

I thought I paid everything through booking, but they gave us $30. charge maybe a cleaning depot I'm not sure

friendly staff, clean and comfortable

Springhill suites is changing to best western. was hard to find the location since it doesn't say Springhill suites anymore. checking in took 30 minutes since they were switching companies, the system was having problems.

Room was nice and clean.

Not entirely the best location. Could probably use security, especially at night.

Breakfast was terrible. We ate at the hotel once, then ate elsewhere the rest of the time.

Hotter coffee. More selection. Add a fresh fruit plate. Make sure pastry/muffins not stale or moldy. It was noisy in room above when kids were booked into hotel.

Comfortable and pleasing visually

The tub floor was broken. It had a matt stuck in place to " fix and seal" the problem. But at 190 dollars a night one would expect things to be whole. They should probably replace it

The size of room was much bigger then expected , plus the decor and cleanliness was above standard. The bed was so soft, I wish more hotels were like this one.

I can't say anything bad about the Hotel.

Room was 86 degrees upon arrival--took air conditioning three hours to reach 78 degrees, great stay otherwise one of the nicest hotel room we have ever stayed at

Love staying here. It's always clean.

They don't have eggs anymore as a breakfast option and don't have many fruits to choose from. I would love to see some steamed veggies and oatmeal as an option.

I like the staff they were very nice I stayed with my kids so they was happy about the pool just wish the jacuzzi was working need more bigger gym to work out
