Hotel is located in a good location, with plenty of parking spaces. Inside & outside pools. WI-FI was excellent. All the staff were very helpful. Very clean Hotel both inside & outside.

Breakfast was very disappointing for me, although I'm sure others found it okay. Service was a bit slow at times, staff seemed to be doing others things instead of servicing customers.

The bed needs to be change out, as it has a huge dip in the center, showing that it is a very old mattress. Beung handicapped, it was the worst bed ive been in. With the high price of the room, there is no continental breakfast included with such a high room rate. No room service is avaliable, and the gap of the kitchen is insane. Breakfast ends at 10 and kitchen is closed until 5pm

All good As per all hotels, the convenience of in-house snacks and meals are much to high;especially when surrounded by so many choices of sit down and fast food restaurants literally minutes away

All the details and all it has to offer…the beds are so comfortable…And the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were amazing (and love the large pump bottles rather than the little individual bottles)…the restaurant and everything sold up front (food, drinks, snacks, toiletries, etc)…very impressed for that area!

Nothing except no wine openers and they do not sell screw top wine bottles either! And there’s no lotion in the room, to go with the other amazing products!

Staff, rooms, location etc...

Spa was green-ish and they had some wedding or party event there and non-guest took all the parking that should be reserved for guests. So, one of the nights I had to park in a back alley in my own hotel as a paying guest.

Excellent location. Excellent facilities.

Wifi had no strength at the outdoor swimming pool. Hours for the snack bar are too restricted.

Breakfast started too late for me.

I have noticed my last 2 visits that one elevator is always out of order.

Did not have breakfast because the hours were too short. Had to walk down the street to a fast food place.

I was grateful for the hotel changing my rooms but I noticed the room I was booked into had an issue.

There was nothing I did not like staff and accommodations was perfect.

Very comfortable room loved having pool and hot tub inside since it was windy and cold outside. Easily able to restaurants
