It was a good stop to break up our trip, hotel was good, clean and staff were helpful.

We chose a non-smoking room, which the reception confirmed when we arrived, but gave us a room which was clearly for smokers, as soon as we opened the door there was a strong odor of stale cigarettes. which as non-smokers we could not stay in that room. Luckily there was an actual non-smoking room available and they switched us immediately. Although the outcome was good, given we booked a non-smoking room, they should not have assigned us a smoking room to begin with. Also I don’t like carpet, it generally feels unclean to me but that’s not to say it wasn’t clean, just a personal preference.

i like the location it is next to shopping, food,and family as well as night life entertainment. Up the road there is Scandia which is family fun including bumper boats, batting cages, and miniature golf. Across the street from the hotel is a Bar/ sport grill called Whisky Barrel they have sporting event on tv, and occasionally live music. They are also very accommodating too our two dogs.

they dont have a elevator even though its only two stories, but if you get a smoking room you will be on the second floor if you have dogs like mine my scary ass dog wont climb the stairs so i have to pick up his 80lb ass up and down everytime they need to go. not really their fault just crying...

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The area was nice with many restaurants and a Scandia. I stayed another 2 days because my husband and I liked it so much. The rooms are soundproof. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there are black out shades. No complaints

The only problem I had was that I booked a particular room on hotels.com. when I checked in, it wasn't available. BUT, the very nice worker was going to upgrade us to a better room for the same price. How cool is that? In the end, she found our room. But the fact she not only searched for our room but that she was going to upgrade us is awesome. Highly recommend. Oh, also, there looked like a stain on our bedspread. I told the staff and they brought us new linens in minutes.

The non smoking room had the lingering effect of cigarette smoke. The night manager, Iliana, apologized and offered to give me another room. She had the room sprayed to cut down on the cigarette smoke. I stay in the room since Iliana did what she could and had enough to do with people checking. Iliana is a very thoughtful and consciousness young lady.

Cigarette smoke in the room but I would not be penalized for the smell.

The fact. The counter tops by sink. Had water all up under. Try sitting. There and a used codom open Ed wrapper on. Counter. Top which made me think was this room even cleaned for payment and deposit the. Room should have. Been with our a doubt be cleaned. At all

I loved the free breakfast which had good options of what one wanted to eat. What I did notate was that the comfort bed spread had a burned hole on it. We did ask for a smoking rm, but I was confused because on the outside door where the rm number is, it had a non-smoking sign under it.

Make sure the cleaning crew inspect any tears, burns, etc.. on the room that assigned and approved for smoking.

The bath light. The bathroom shower was a big help for my husband.

That we could not have family over at all. They only had Dr pepper and coke. No water or anything else to drink or buy. The room door had a gat between the bottom of the door and the floor.. Didn't like that there was just too towel in the bathroom.. I wish that there was a best western plus in Hesperia Apple valley any of them.

Every thing . The pool was accesible. The ac. Blowing wintery freshness. Its affordable clean . Aswell as relaxing. Clean restrooms clean rooms ... coffee in the morning. 5-am to 8- am

Friendly staff

There is a guy yelling outside I called front desk there called police. He was yelling for over 30min I had to wait in the room to scare to leave till the police left.

The room was really nice. Bath tub super clean and the bed was incredibly comfy! More than I expected. Staff was very nice accommodating. Very pleased

I didn't like that I had to leave. I wanted to stay longer. I will definitely be back🙂
