Room and the hotel itself was the cleaniest one I’ve stayed in forever. Night staff was great. Beds were cozy and the gym facilities were in great condition.

I wish I would’ve known that I need to pay for breakfast, I guess I assumed it was free continental breakfast but with that being said the the breakfast was delicious just the gal working that morning seemed overwhelmed, it might help to have another staff member since it got really busy.

The breakfast menu options were perfect. The omelette I ordered was delish.

No complaints. This facility was perfectly priced, clean, and quiet. The breakfast menu for the breakfast included was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed for Christmas Eve so I could visit with my family. It was perfectly located so I was close and did not miss out on the festivities.

We had to evacuate our home in Wrightwood, CA because of the Bridge Fire. This hotel took us in, including our little puppy, We paid for the first 5 nights. My sister-in-law, Frances Patino paid for Sept. 16th thru Sept. 18th. However we were able to return to our home on Sept, 17, 2024. How does she go about receiving credit on her credit card that was used for Sept. 18, 2024?!

Very clean & comfy. Staff was wonderful! Easy access to the highway. Price was economical.

That you had to pay extra for the breakfast so we didn’t participate. The bathroom was a bit small but none of this would deter me from staying here again.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. My partner and I enjoyed Latin Night... that was fun.

Staff service in the dining area could have improved in presentation and personality. Morning staff at the front desk could have shown clean and neat appearance.

It’s convenient location when we visit

I thought the room was for disabled. My husband has a broken leg. It was the farthest room from elevator and didn’t have walk in shower. He could not step into bathtub.

Beautiful property close to restaurants and the location at the fairgrounds where I was working. Staff was very kind and friendly room was beautiful amazing stay

The room was well maintained and clean, Front Desk and Staff were very professional and helpful/respectful. Complimentary Tea and coffee was nice and the beds were comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. Location was in a good spot for plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance.

The View outside of the window I was put in was not great, however this was one of the cheaper rooms to be fair. The TV was just a basic TV with a Direct TV cable box, I was kind of hoping for something with a few more features though.

You guys say include breakfast and when arrive the receptionist say no include breakfast I need pay for breakfast

When I make reservations they say is coming with breakfast is not true
