The staff were very polite and helpful. The room, #305, was very spacious, clean, and fresh. Even though my room was next to the freeway, it was very quiet. The room had a sitting area with a couch and tv. There was also a tv over the desk so you could watch tv in bed. The king-size bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. There were usb charging ports provided at the desk, alarm clock, and on the side of the nightstand to charge my phone and tablet. The bathroom was clean, and there were plenty of fresh towels.The room was excellent by all standards. The price was even better. Breakfast in the morning was great. What you usually find for a continental breakfast, waffles, sausage, eggs, cold cereal, coffee, juice.....ect.

About the only thing, I wish the bathroom had more light over the mirror.

The breakfast. When My husband and I went to lobby for breakfast there was no egg or sausage, we asked the lady for more but it took a while for her to heat them up. We waited for w while but got waffles instead of waiting longer and when I wanted some milk for my waffles theres was none in pitcher, I asked the same lady for milk but she said it was too late because breakfast ended at 9 am but it was only 8:50 and we had been waiting for about 20 min for the egg and sausage…

The morning receptionist Renee is always pleasant and welcoming when I arrive. Because of her great customer service skills , I started to book rooms here again. I had stopped coming here in the past due to the bad service I received with checking in especially after i experienced getting charged extra for an upgraded room i didnt request for to begin with but since I've returned, I'm always glad to see Renee because she makes checking in fast and easy plus she's friendly with a great attitude/ personality.

The waffle machine wasn't available for use. The night receptionist staff during my last night there wasn't friendly at all when i requested for a set of clean towels. She was too busy conversing with another staff or friend that was at the front receptionist I desk.

For the most part, the accommodations were at an acceptable level.

Whoever specified the lighting in the rooms should be forced to live with them full time. There are four super bright glaring fixtures that light the room facing you near eye level.. We finally had to prop up a pillow covering one of them to get a more pleasing diffuse light. Also, the light and fan automatically turn on when you go into the bathroom. Which is a problem for your spouse/partner if you have to get up in the middle of the night

We stayed in 'King Room' and we liked it very much. The room was large. Many parking spots available. It is not true that reservation for parking is needed. In this hotel it is possible to actually open the window to get some fresh air. There is no 'tipping' policy enforced, luckily. Deposit policy should be an example to other hotels. We liked the hotel rate too.

We did not like poor choices for breakfast. Even though we asked for a quiet room, the noise coming from the highway was disturbing us all the time. The receptionist repeatedly wanted to move us to a room with separate beds even though we refused every time.

The room was amazing very clean and the location is near a lot of restaurants and stores that’s literally walking distance if you’d want to do that. The staff were very quick and very helpful when I needed something. This hotel is literally in the same tier as some of those 5 star hotels in my opinion.

This was the perfect 6 night stay! The location had everything within 2-10 mins away, the property itself was clean, comfortable, it kind of felt like a mini apartment to us! The staff was great and the breakfast was good! 10/10 will recommend.

The front desk staff who checked us in was so sweet, welcoming, and informative! The room was very clean and everything worked.

Parking was a little minimal but okay. When you walked into the room you were hit with an odd smell, sort of like old combined with damp smell, spraying Lysol sort of held. The water came out of the sink faucet slightly white/milky, kind of off putting.

Made it so easy to check in as we arrived . Gave us room to accommodate my husband who's handicap wheel chair and room was excellent and comfortable at all times . Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Comfortable bed and pillows. Towels were nice. A/C worked great! Plenty of parking.

My card was on file and I wanted to pay cash for the room but they asked for a $100 more for a deposit which I did not like. The last time I was there they didn't have hot water. This past visit there were no coffee cups in the room. Concessions were way expensive...$5 for a bottle of water? Yikes! Still, we will be back.
