Very nice clean room and check in staff was super nice. The woman on staff notified us that there were black out shades in the room. We needed them, so thanks for that! Checking out was easy and again a new staff member was also very front desk appealing and nice. Rooms were well attended and super clean! There was actually a pen and paper in the desk drawer. That's almost a nonexistent thing these days. So that was nice. As I needed it. Shower was HOT and great water pressure. Towels and wash cloths were snowy white and plentiful. I left a tip for the maid, I hope she got it.

The only drawback is that they use too much room spray in the cleaning of the room. i know this is a common thing to spray the rooms these days but man the fumes from that spray wouldn't leave the room. It was too, too, much! It kind of made me sick and gave me a minor headache. The bed, while nice and clean was VERY hard and almost impossible to get comfy in. I tried to relax but the bed was just too hard. It made sleeping pretty difficult. In fact my hip hurt the next day. Now that's hard! I'll definitely come back, but this time ask for a softer bed. LOL. Freeway location makes it a bit noisy at night. The phone had some broken buttons on it and the direct line to the front desk was not working. I had to call the front desk several times and use my cell phone to do so.

The location was decent. I was worried because we are originally from the desert and Victor Bowl is not the nicest nor does it attract good people. But no issue with the hotel being that close and parking was good. The staff was kind. The breakfast was pretty good. I do like that they make sure you're staying there when you go to eat. They kept things stocked and the room was very clean. There were some stains on the sheets but they were clean.

It was comfortable, convenient location and very clean inside the room. There were a lot of towels and the AC worked well. It was also very quiet. Staff were nice and breakfast was pretty good for a complimentary meal.

The hallway on the 2nd floor smells very bad and the maid knocked 3 times an hour before checkout even though we told her we were still in the room. The $100 deposit seems excessive when I’m already providing a credit card on file.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom and rest of facility.

No comment as There is/was nothing I didn't like. I am a bit uncomfortable with the strict penalty clouses if/when checkin out early. Many times, those of us that travel for Business, have abrubt changes that are beyond the travellers control causing to extend or shorten the planned stay. I changed to your hotel, from the Holiday Garden Hotel, quarter mile down the street from you, because of this penalty clause and soverall stay /charge situation. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and will book again next week for an extended stay.

It was easy to get to off the freeway. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. The room was roomy and clean. Quiet and comfortable.

Parking seemed small but not too bad considering it was Wednesday. And the breakfast security Lady seemed angry or annoyed. But lightened up once she figured out i was a guest.

Location is perfect! Close by Fwy access, restaurants, fast-food and gas station. Facilities are clean. I like that they offer no smoking rooms with a microwave and refrigerator in the room that makes it convenient when traveling as a family. I will definitely stay here again.

Continental breakfast only lasts till 9am on the weekdays which I think is too early but last till 10am on the weekends....why not make it the same time all week. We barely woke up at 9am so we missed it.

The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and refreshing with the heat and cool nights the rooms where clean with complementary shampoo and conditioners bottles and we got free cookies when we checked in and the morning breakfast was new every morning with amazing service with some amazing lemon water in the afternoon in the lobby.

The room was very clean. They left plenty of pillows, which was great since they used the little squishy ones.

The parking is mainly on the side, so you cannot see your car. When I went out to my car the last morning, someone had stuck a maxi pad on my window with a note written in eyeliner. It said they stopped someone from stealing my car. I believe it was just a scam.

Check in was fast and easy no hassle and the night crew was awesome! Very friendly and helpful thank you will be staying here again!!

I didn’t like that we were being rushed out of the breakfast area. The staff stated we needed to leave because they had staff going on a break so they needed the area and hurried us out.

The place is pretty clean and the receptionist was very professional and nice. The evening guy and the morning lady , were very kind, The housekeeping staff was very helpful and clean at their job and the breakfast ladies omg so helpful, They were always willing to answer any questions, I recommend this place 100%, the facility has pool and Jacuzzi.

To me everything was great 👍
