This is a brand-new hotel, and we did not know this one was in Victorville until we went to book a hotel. It was so new; they were still putting finishing touches inside of the hotel in certain areas to be expected. The room was spacious, and the Marriott has the most comfortable beds! We will definitely stay again!

The breakfast was not what I expected; very few/limited items and the pans were empty when guests were coming in for breakfast. We had to knock on the door of the kitchen to get assistance and the woman was very kind to get things restocked. The other concern was being a no-smoking property, outside on the patio of the breakfast area, there were people smoking. The employee did catch it but by that time, those who were smoking were gone. Didn't bother us as they were outside, but others mentioned they would have liked to sit outdoors had it not been for guests smoking.

The pool was clean and most of the employees were nice. The rooms were very straight forward and clean.

The only thing we didn’t like was when our son went into the breakfast area with no shoes she snapped at him like he was her child and made him get out. She could have looked at us and said something or even just talk to my son politely because he would have done the same

The hotel is newer and in wonderful condition. We recently stayed here to visit family and decided to book it again. I would highly recommend if you are in the area or passing through. There are 5 Tesla destination chargers for hotel guest which is the main reason we stayed here.

The area is a little iffy but they have security walking the perimeter which makes it a little more comfortable. Just to clarify, you are staying in Victorville/Apple Valley so it is typical.

Very nice Marriott, relatively new and staff was very nice. Tesla destination chargers available, qty 5 which made the small additional cost of the room worth it. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Staff both at check in and out were pleasant. As well as the staff who manned the breakfast. She was super sweet.:)

The hotel itself was clean and very new. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy, but it was a good way to start the days that we stayed.

The bed was way too firm, my wife and I tossed at night because we could not get comfortable. I am not sure if the hotel wasn't completely finished, the lower floor looked like they were still needing to seal their walls with something.

It was clean. There were no strange smells. The breakfast was good.

When we arrived, the reception was closed. We walked around with a baby, thinking the entrance was on the other side, but eventually the door opened. The Tesla charger was not working (this was the main criterion for choosing this hotel). Check-out was at 12 o'clock, but someone from the staff started knocking

The gum protection of the shower door is not done properly so all water is leaking out to the bathroom floor. AC is very noisy, we failed to sleep with it, summertime that may be a huge problem.

The staff was very friendly. The young lady that is the security guard was checking the perimeters at all times. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Very clean and well organized. Would definitely come back.

The breakfast was not the best. Disappointed there were not more options.

I liked that the breakfast was included that makes it simple to get your first meal of the day and then you can go on
