Convenient location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for the price. Comfortable pillows. Bigger fridge in the room than I expected. Lots of available parking. Walking distance to a lot of things. Ice machine on each floor. Decently priced laundry which was available when we needed it and all machines worked. TV and cable worked.

Itchy towels, had to ask multiple times to get enough towels for all 4 of us as they only gave two - probably to prevent theft, I understand, but at least give enough for each person staying so we can all shower. The area attracts some "interesting" clientele and folks that hang out in the parking lot and nearby gas station. Floors were sticky. The bathroom plumbing fixtures were functioning but falling into disrepair - loose handle on the sink, drains were scratched up and gross, buildup on the shower head.

They gave me a very clean room the staffs customer service was exceptional receptionist at night and also the one in the morning was very polite respectful took care of my inquiries over I was very pleased with my stay I would recommend anyone who visits Hesperia CA and needing a place to stay for the night I would recommend this location thank you for your hospitality

The staff was awesome, everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, right near the 15 and on Main Street for quick access to Phelan and other small towns west of the city, short drive from lots of food options, right across the street from a Target and a strip mall, and shared a parking lot with a gas station (also within easy walking distance of a 7-Eleven). The laundry facility was relatively clean, easy to use and reasonably priced (remember to bring your own soap, it's $3 in the vending machine). The floors were vinyl and not carpet, which I really prefer in a hotel because carpets can get really gross with a lot of guests. Everything in the room worked as expected, nothing was broken or missing. A/C unit worked great! This was honestly one of the better Motel 6 locations I've experienced. No bugs, sheets were clean, no mold. Lots of parking available, incl for big trailers and trucks.

For the floors in the room, I could tell they had been swept but not mopped, it was very sticky. We used some Lysol wipes to makeshift mop the floor to get rid of the stickiness and disinfect it. The beds were alright, not particularly comfortable but not terrible. But most of all, it was the town and the other patrons - high transient population, drug use, sirens going off every 15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend bringing small children here, nor leaving valuables unattended, it's not for folks who can't tolerate a little pot smoke or grunge. Also they only offer cheap little soap bars, no shampoo or anything like that, remember to bring your own toiletries if you don't want to use only a hand soap bar.

This location has an outstanding management team that handles the customer quality service customer service's number one satisfactory is number one with them management handles the crew well even with issues or not outstanding job you guys are doing there as well as the management and as well as the crew keep up the good work. Personally there isn't nothing I didn't like at all I enjoy staying there I've been staying here over 10 years it's always been the same if I need something I always get it no problem just ask for it they give it to you and then some this location is outstanding

Fantastic Motel 6!!!! It used to be a hotel.....big building with a lobby and elevators.....rooms are very big...so spacious....I checked in on the night of June 9....the woman and man at the reception were wonderful......i told them that I wanted a room on the top floor.....they told me that the top floor was smoking rooms.....the woman took me up there to see if I liked the room and I did......so they booked me for that room. Originally I had selected a non smoking room, however that room didn't smell of smoke!!! I was very happy with the room and very appreciative of the great service by the two receptionists....I went out to buy them some candy to show my gratitude. Had a fantastic stay...I loved how spacious the room was and that I had had two long tables in the room.....all the staff were so helpful and professional.......Thank you again Motel 6s!!! I have stayed in about 120 Motel 6...throughout California!!! Motel 6 always upholds high standards!!! I even stayed at the Mother company of Motel 6 in France......it was originally a French company before being bought by people in Texas....I believe!!! Long Live Motel 6!!!!

This has to be the cleanest, most comfortable Motel 6 I've ever stayed at. It's absolutely sparkling clean. The room are large. Great internet and TV channel line up. Amazing.

Two minor things: a) I didn't get hot water but lukewarm water. Maybe due to so many people staying there (to use up a lot of the hot water) but they need to look at this issue. b)It had a GREAT line up of TV but it was a chore getting channels on.

This place is so cool. It's a stand alone location. It looks dated at first glance. We've sincerely been exposed to people of a different mindset here. Polite, never pushy. The place is clean as a whistle. The lady who seemed to know all the answers orchestrates the operation with a firm but deft hand. It would appear as if she has a stake in the operation. Well done. I will be returning. Expectations were exceeded. If you stay in Hesperia or any of the surrounding area, this is the place. The service and accommodations far exceed the price. Cheers jp

The Lady that helped me with check in was extremely nice and provided exceptional customer service. She answered all of my questions with ease and is an asset to the company. Thanks for your help! Nothing negative to report. Except that I would enjoy a bigger pillow

This location is surprisingly nice. I liked that it was pet friendly. Staff was nice and helpful and I would definitely stay here again

They need to up their pillow game, there were only two small flat pillows on the bed and when I called to ask for more, they said they were out because everyone else had called to ask for more pillows as well. Also, the floor in the room was swept but not mopped, it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while, my husband's soles turned black from walking around barefoot.

The room was a very good size spacious. The bed was very comfortable although it didn't have a blanket which I thought was strange.

The shower tub enclosure was cracked with obvious very bad repairs done the water temperature lever would only go to about lukewarm so I couldn't get a hot shower but it was warm. The bathrooms are rather small and the doors are weird. They're like saloon doors with a slide bolt as a lock even though there's a very large space between the doors because they don't close tightly.
