The patio is amazing. The pool and jacuzzi are well kept, and the gym is spacious. Also, the breakfast is amazing a lot to choose from, unlike other hotels, the male cook is pleasant very nice man. Very clean hotel. All other receptionists were so nice, especially the male receptionist. The securities were so nice they deserve a raise, they go above and beyond!
The sliding bathroom doors don't lock. The fridge doesn't maintain items that cold it's like having it in a cooler with little ice. The petite reception clerk with glasses is a bit snotty and uptight. Did not feel comfortable with her. I felt judged the whole time. People lock your car doors. Even though it's well light, people still do things to your cars.

Breakfast was ready, hot and what anyone needs. Just right, thank you!
Sorry but I think that the desk staff should look at the customer when speaking to them. This is the second time I have left in the morning and the staff took the card, never looked up, printed what I wanted and held it out......and never looked at me. It's ok, just not very welcoming. Maybe it's just me :-)). I will always stay at the hotel land have already called an associate who is heading that way and told him not to bother looking eslewhere, just book it!! See you soon.

This hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. My sister and I also had drinks at the bar of the hotel and the bar tender was attentive and the drinks were great. They also have free breakfast that was delicious. The hotel also has a pretty big outdoor seating area with tables . The staff was amazing. This will be my go to place to stay at when I visit Fontana. What also makes it great is that there are restaurants, shops and a movie theater across the street.
I can't say anything bad about this hotel because everything was amazing

The location was perfect! upon walking in i was greeting with several hello's. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, one lady in particular, Miss Jessica. For, I call to inquire into an earlier check-in time, which was given. Due to my room not being in the system, she gave me a king size bed to smooth over the inconvenience, even though she did not have to do this. The whole staff was very attentive to my concerns, from my neighbor talking on his phone loudly in his room, to the swift silence that followed. Upon checking out the front desk asked me if the noise disturbance was handled, since she sent security right up! I stated perfect, and thanked her. Breakfast was lovely, as was the dining room.
My accommodations were perfect, for the most part, but my room had two items not functioning in the bath. the shower head did not work at all in my disability room, nor did the ventilation system in the restroom. Room 211 needs these items looked into immediately, for not all are problem solvers. I would replace the bacon in the breakfast buffet with real bacon, otherwise its a lovely dining experience.

Location was good right off the 210 freeway but could hear traffic going bye Staff was extremely friendly beds were comfortable, but a little too high for short people
Could hear traffic & was placed in a room at the end of the hall we both have back & leg issues that make it hard to walk a bit of a distance toilet seat kept falling down, making it an issue for my husband to use the bathroom no soaps to wash hands at the sink had to go down to front desk & ask for a bar of soap

A modern hotel, conveniently located for our purposes. Free parking. Welcome by staff was ok as in professional (European visitors with foreign passports don't come there often, it seemed, as our passports were treated like a foreign object never seen before). Huge and clean room, comfortable bed. Laundry facilities available. Breakfast was included. It was buffet-style but also freshly made items were available as were "real" plates and cutlery (not just plastic) which was great on both accounts. Check-out person very friendly and courteous.
The water pressure in the shower was too much, it actually hurt. Providing a better quality toilet paper might be really worth investing in, the current one is flimsy at best.

Excellent breakfast! Clean, tidy room and easy check in/out. The water pressure in the shower was INCREDIBLE. Felt like I was getting a gentle power wash. Everything else was a breeze! The only possible negative was that we were in a room right off the lobby, and with the hallway being a bit echo-y, we could hear them setting up breakfast in the morning. Overall, excellent value for the money. Would absolutely stay here again.
Rooms near lobby/bar get a bit of noise from the breakfast set up.

Very nice facilties. Staff was extremely helpful when my grandson thougt he lost his wallet at the snack area. He attendant at the front desk viewed the in-house and call us to say he did not loose it there only to find it in his backpack. The breakfast was well prepared and tasty. Will be returning for sure. Keep up the good work. Oh, and your you bartender was very friendly.
The traffic was a little loud but we known that is way beyond your control. Just joking

Omg that bed! I slept on the bed and my best friend on the pullout. I have severe osteoarthritis on both knees, and difficulty falling asleep easily when not on my own bed. But your bed was so so SSSOOOOO comfortable! I was concerned about the blankets like will I be warm enough or feel weighs down. Nope NOT weighed down at all. Comfort and warmth level were perfect. I actually APPRECIATED there was no carpet. I felt a sense of nostalgia over the sliding restroom door. We had pocket doors in my home growing up. What a smart choice as far as design. The deco and layout of the room was awesome. Though we were only there to sleep I DID checkout the lobby and and interior/exterior. Everything was clean and inviting. Nothing overdone or below expectations whether I had or not. Booking was easy. I spoke with 'Debbie' a couple of times after booking, she was most helpful. Altogether this has to have been one of my best hotel stays in a long time. Definitely keeping Ayres on my goto list for future stays. As long as the price is still good! Actually some friends are coming in from New Mexico in February i found out New Year's Eve. At dinner on New Year's DAY, i told and gave them information about your hotel. Coolness! Lol.

Great location. Decent breakfast, comfy bed and pillows. My only complaint is a single tiny trash can in the room rather than one in the bathroom and one in the main room, and a teeny tiny closet. Not enough room for a suitcase. There were two of us and we had to put one suitcase on the table where the microwave is by moving the microwave, and another one on top of the desk. Other than that it was great in every way.
