The hallways smelled like sewer, at least on the 3rd floor and entering/exiting the elevator. Maybe there is a pinhole leak in your pipes, but....... BLEH so stinky!

THE SMELL! Smelled like sewer throughout the hallways.

I loved the variety of the breakfast there was so much to choose from that even my pickiest eaters were content! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was so kind and welcoming!

I didn’t like the surrounding around the hotel especially the bums that were sitting right outside the side of the hotel. I didn’t feel safe with my kids there late at night. Also, the fact that the pool was closed. My kids were really looking forward to going swimming!

Breakfast choices very good, kitchen in room was well-equipped with everything needed (including a toaster)! Great toiletry and very nice bathroom.

Smokers in room below mine continued to vape and smoke. After the second day, they should have been asked to leave the hotel. I had to move my room at 10:30PM the night before I left because I could not breathe.

I loved how spacious and homey it felt. I liked the curtain that separated the coach area from the bed. I enjoyed the kitchen. I love the unlimited coffee in the lobby and my girls loved the hot chocolate that is unlimited as well. I would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff was super friendly. I would stay here again.

I wish the shower was larger. It was hard giving my toddler a shower since the space was tight.

Good Stay. Value for Money. The staff were helpful. Hot breakfast was served daily. The stay was near to Disneyland so that was a bonus point.

The housekeeping is not done daily. We had to request this every time to get the room cleaned and toiletries replenished.

It was very nice, & we loved our queen suite room. Having the couch and the kitchen area for our little family was perfect! The only problem is we definitely can’t fit the 3 of us (2 adults & toddler) on a queen bed like we thought we could. But that’s our fault. Lol. Although everything was great!

The staff at Garden Grove are awesome and friendly, and also keen to help, very polite and happy to assist with any requests. Location was great for us, easy access to Hwys. Room size was awesome, three adults stayed and we didn't pumb into each other, plenty of space. Great job guys! We will be back.

The rooms were spacious and clean, plus the staff especially Tom was so helpful and knowledgeable

The only bad thing was the last day there was a repair that had to be done to the exterior which caused the power to be shut off to the elevators and their hot water was like warm

Love to stay there it was great Johnny was working for somebody at the front desk normally does housekeeping, but he was extremely nice. We loved it.

The location was just a little weird didn’t think it was just right there mush into a bunch of businesses and stuff but other than that was great

The staff is very nice

The room isn’t divided by a wall it’s a curtain then my room was a shared room with another room (door between two separate rooms) that was a very unsettling feeling since I was alone the bathroom was very nice but the furniture in the room just didn’t make any sense it felt like a hunch of random things put in one room
