Spacious, clean and well equipped room. We didn't have troubles with the noise as other reviews mentioned. "walking distance to Disneyland" if you are a good walker, I'm not, it was like a 20-25 min walk to my short legs. Host communicated with us in advance and gave us instructions for the check, and he replied quickly. Overall, our stay was great, and will go back whenever we are in the area.

The check out time, in booking says it's at 12, but the cleaning lady knocked our door at 10:50am saying that the checkout was at 11am... we just woke up, so she "gave us" another half an hour to check out and get ready.

Very reasonable place to stay for a trip to Disney. Comfortable bed, nice shower, and all the amenities you'd expect. We arrived very late due to transport issues so the staff kindly left a key in the lockbox. For the price, it was great value — especially looking at other places nearby. Was also pretty quiet considering it's location near a large road.

The air con was a little bit loud and the coffee machine didn't work unfortunately. It's walkable to Disneyland (about 20 minutes) but it's not the most pleasant walk so maybe get a taxi if you want to save some energy for later in the day.

The owners respond to messages quickly and are very accommodating with check-in times. Given that much of their clientele are Disneyland-goers, they are understanding and flexible. Within the room, they had two large water bottles for us at no extra charge. The room was very clean and comfortable otherwise. We are able to walk to Disneyland park in 15-20 minutes, which is a big appeal. This is our favorite place to stay in Anaheim every time we come!

The Rooms were large and clean and had all the necesities, like a microwave, a tv, coffee machine and a small fridge. Our room was next to the pool and the pool was a good size and also very clean. Apart from that, the facilities are quite simple but since we were going to the Disney parks, we werent going to spend much time there. there are 2 buses which leave you near the hotel if you want to go to the parks without the long walk.

i would've liked a safe in the room as i had to carry my passports with me the whole trip. The stairs by the pool need a bit of TLC, one of the poles was loose and so when people went up with luggage, we could hear the metal pole moving around and shook our room which was right under the stairs.

I enjoyed the friendly staff during check-in, and the cleanliness of the room. I felt that the beds were comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep.

I liked everything, but if I complain about one small, nothing major, thing is that the charging port on the nightstand next to the bed was loose. If you plug in your charger, it would slip right out. It's more of a convenience thing for me, but I used another outlet to charge my cell phone. No big deal! Overall, great stay!

The location is amazing. Short was to Disneyland. A little loud with helicopters fly by but that has nothing to do with the actual room itself. Room is very clean. Comfortable sleeping. The ac is a little loud for me but that didn’t bother my husband or kids. Free parking and owner is really nice.

Quiet, not crowded, clean, no parking fees, and it had decent food options along with reasonably priced gas station nearby. The staff was very accommodating as well. I had booked a King room and when I walked in with my two kids he changed me to a double Queen room with no additional charges.

This is nit picky but our tv didn’t appear to be connected, which in no way hindered our stay. We were only there one night, and worn out from being at Disney all day. TV didn’t matter at all.

Great service. Didn’t really interact with the staff but it was very easy to check in and out. Convenient location about 10 minute drive away from Disneyland with slightly heavier traffic. A/C unit was off by the bathroom, making it more comfortable and silent around the beds.

Our room was next to the pool. Not sure if it was open or not or maybe the wall has insufficient soundproofing, but we could hear kids playing and screaming for almost 2 hours outside the room through the wall opposite from the door.

the room very clean everything ... the bed the pillows the bathroom clean .... they leave you water to drink there shampoo and soap for bathing liquids ... when we go out the cleaning lady tells us everything well they like it was clean we said if he said come back soon because it's work for us that I like she cares about having everything well

When we arrived and left 3N the lobby there was no kinder and more smiling person.

We already booked in July with a fair price. As we had to can adapt the length of our stay (we arrived to days later then planned) - we had to cancel our reservation and paid much more then offered. that was a real disapointment. It will be difficult to book through booking.com for our business trips.
