Room: The room was great. Small but very nice and well made. There was a small desk and a bed. It was made to look like walking into your home with a cute hanging sign. The AC worked amazing especially since it's been so hot lately. Bathroom: We got the spa room and the bathroom was clean and well lite. The spa tub was not cleaned and was rusted. It was also part of the shower and that water was nice and hot.

Bathroom: We got the spa room and the bathroom was clean and well lite. Only problem was the spa tub. It didn't look fully cleaned. So we decided not to use it. There was rust on the metal part of the tub drain. And there was white spots on the tub that didn't look fully cleaned.

Great location. Super clean. Retro motor style motel. Easy access to the car. Jacuzzi tub worth the money. Great coffee next door. Very nice manager owner. Runs a tight ship but extremely nice.

A little bit small. One of my lights didn't work. There was many others. Refrigerator froze my items but better than having no refrigerator at all.

Got to the property. It is right on Pacific Coast Highway. We were lucky enough to get the third floor as we stood outside our room. We had the ocean view and site. The room was very large, spacious, the bed was perfect, clean, nice, well maintained properly. The staff extremely friendly. I will be booking another room shortly again at this place. It is so close to restaurants you literally could walk to. You have a coffee shop within twenty feet. You really don't need to take your car out of the parking lot once you're there. Parking was open, elevator, ADA friendly. Definitely a five-star property.

The owners were very kind & accommodating. I forgot to bring my charging cube for my iPhone & they loaned me one for the night. Our stay was pleasant. The room was comfortable.

The PCH noise which has nothing to do with the hotel.

Amenities are new and in excellent condition. The sink is kind of high elevation so it could be a challenge for children or short people. No breakfast but good supply of coffee and hot water for tee.

Breakfast on site would be great.

Awesome location, fantastic room set up with round table & two newly upholstered velvet cobalt blue chairs so you can eat there or work there and I did both. Hair dryer, microwave & fridge made it more convenient to be there & all worked great including the coffee maker which I used for tea. Comfortable bed & nice clean tub/shower with plenty of hot water & adjustable shower head. View of the ocean at sunset was lovely! You cannot beat this place for this price point; awesome for what you pay.

Everything was great & free parking too. If you stayed at a big hotel in the area you can bet they would charge you for parking.

the neighbors in other rooms could be heard talking and there doors were very loud opening and closing. very thin walls.
