Ash at the front desk was a very nice man. Was very welcoming upon checking in. McDonald's KFC Burger King, pollo loco,pizza and liquor store all in walking distance. 8 mins or less. Pretty safe area. Can see Disney fireworks From your room if you have kids

Pool was advertised as 24hrs online. Was not. Place wasn't the cleanest. although I've seen worse. Charged $30 for parking. If you have pets or a young baby the fireworks were so loud inside the room it would probably send a dog into panic mode. 2nd room key stopped working 2nd day .

Nicest man checked us in. He set the tone for a pleasant stay with a warm & genuine welcome. The room was large, beds very comfortable, fridge & microwave are great, & one can sit in the hot spa by the pool & watch Disney fire works at 9:30 :) The price is right! $10 a day parking right outside of room w/ 15-20 min walk down street to Disney. Loved that! Starbucks next door & close to I-5 on/off-ramps. Not the ritz but super affordable with everything we needed. Will be back!

A slight plumbing problem & TV problem, which I hate to mention because we enjoyed our stay at this location so much. The owners are quick to fix.

I loved that we had a 3rd bed which you normally never find and it was in a separate room and could be locked for privacy. Everything was great plenty of space and tables its was marvelous! Friendly staff and easy check in and check out. If you like fireworks you can see fireworks from a certain area of the parking lot or stand on the sidewalk infront to see Disneyland fireworks. If we need a place to stay again we'd definitely be staying here again!

I wished there was 1 more chair in the room. There was only 1 rolling chair and I felt another chair was needed especially since its a family room.

I actually really liked the location to Disney, there are multiple ways of getting there since the ART bus does actually stop across the street at the Sheraton, or you could walk to Mickey and friends and shuttle, or just walk in general. But I ended up caving and getting an uber for times sake. It's very spacious, I have hot water, a microwave and a fridge which is honestly better than most of the 3-star hotels right by Disney. And the parking is cheap compared to $20-30 per day for some of these other hotels. You can actually connect the HMDI, since some hotels lock it, and there's free on demand things to watch, in case you do forget to bring an external chord.

The only meh side would probably just be hearing children running around the hall outside at such weird hours. But that's kind of a parenting issue.

Massive room with separate bedroom. All the amenities you could need, fridge, microwave, TV. Very close to Disneyland (1 mile, 20 mins walk, $9 uber). Starbucks and Petrol station (shop) literally next door. You can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the pool area at night.

Safe didn't work during our trip. I had to reset the cable box in the main room as no channels were working. Barely any water/no hot water at 04:00 on the day we checked out.

We picked this location because it was close to Disneyland. We were able to walk to and from the park. And the parking was FREE. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We Never used housekeeping. But when we needed new towels or toiletries they were always happy to take care of us.

In the master bedroom there was no window. It had no natural light. The flooring was wrinking and constantly creaked underfoot

Allowed early check in within 20 minutes of arrival. Original check in was 3pm but we were able to check in at 10:45am, Very friendly front desk and gave helpful information about the area and travel options since we were new to the area, felt really safe, quick walk to Disneyland , about 18 minutes. Was able to see Disneyland fire works at night from the room by standing at the front door, easy check out, free movie channels vs many more options. Close to the freeway, gas station and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again. The gentlemen at the front desk was really nice and accommodating!

The room was really clean but the barroom cups have been more clean but it wasn’t too bad we managed. I’m sure they would have came and cleaned better but we didn’t bother to ask.

A great value hotel. The service was friendly. The pool and hot tub are cleaned daily, and fresh towels are supplied at the front office. The location is right near bus routes, but also within walking distance of local attractions. The rooms are large and the lot is extremely clean and well maintained. It is not connected to a through street, so traffic doesn't have much reason to pull through the lot. I would happily book again.

The beds were not the most comfortable, a bit on the hard side. A pillow from home would have solved the problem for me. My friend may have needed a mattress topper. The property is on a major road, so it did stay a bit noisy at night. This is typical of the area and should be expected at value stays.

I booked a room at this place based on the great reviews here. We were there 3-27 through 3-31, in the 3 bed suite. This hotel was awesome. You can't beat the price and the proximity to Disneyland, which was why we chose to stay there. The room was modern and clean, and housekeeping did a great job. They were always done before we came back at noon to take a break from the parks. And the Starbucks is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. This is definitely going to be my first choice for all future Disneyland trips.

The beds and pillows are so hard and uncomfortable. Honestly, they feel like one step up from a sleeping bag in a campground tent. This hotel is on Harbor and Ball, so it sees a lot of traffic. The road noise can be a bit much. That said, these are both things I can live with for the price and proximity to Disneyland.

We were looking for an affordable place to stay on a recent visit to Disneyland. We really just wanted somewhere to sleep as we knew we’d be spending all our time in the park. This place was perfect for our needs. The location was an easy walk from the main gates, the rooms were spotless and well equipped (mini fridge and microwave) and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They kept our bags after checkout so we could enjoy another long day at the park before it was time to head to the airport

If you are a light sleeper you can hear some noise from outside and other rooms, but this was pretty minimal and my kiddo and I slept easily.
