The location was incredible! Just a quick walk to the beach. The room was spacious, the balcony was a nice addition, and the rate was good.

The bathroom was TINY!! Tiny tiny tiny. The beds were very hard, and there was like one outlet for the entire room.

Everything. The view, the location(we walked right onto the beach and it was nice and peaceful area) the room and had a small fridge, blow dryer, coffee maker. Perfect for the 4 of us in 2 queen bed room. Staff was very accommodating and kind. Parking was great. It was decorated for Christmas. There was coffee and tea plus a microwave, water cooler and everything needed for coffee with several different places to relax and eat. They also had vending machines next to the ice machine. It was a wonderful Christmas vacation experience. I highly recommend.

That we couldn’t stay longer! But that had nothing to do with the hotel, we just needed to return home out of state

We loved the location!!! We had an ocean view room and it was perfect. Waking up to the ocean view was amazing. Also being able to walk just a few steps to the beach was perfect. My husband was skeptical about staying here per the reviews but when we arrived it was nothing like the reviews, except the hotel being outdated...which did not bother us at all. All in all we will be staying here again! Close parking that was free and the morning coffee free is also a bonus.

The hotel could be more updated and offer complimentary breakfast. Like donuts or fruit. But not a big deal for us.

Location was perfect. Once inside, we felt very safe. The hotel is older, but the room was spacious, clean and just what we needed for a couple day stay. Front desk was very kind and helpful. Room was bigger than expected and everything was clean. Coffee in the morning was a bonus.

Again, once inside the property, we felt very safe. There were people wandering in the neighboring parking lot some seemed to be living in RV’s. Such a great location and a short walk to the beach.

Easy walk to the beach with bathrooms and showers. Many food options. Two grocery stores within 10 minute drive. Gas stations, liquor stores, convenience stores all nearby.

Google maps showed firepits on the beach nearby when I booked the room. They were not there. We brought firewood that we could not use. No microwave in the room but there was one available near the lobby, at the coffee station.

Beach location was excellent. Location for our travel plans in the area was excellent. Room was clean.

Over all security of the building. Outside doors to the building were not secure. However with that said, we did feel secure at the location.

I liked that it was clean and did not smell even though some things seemed a little run down. The staff changed the towels everyday. It was very peaceful, could not hear neighbors.

I would have preferred that it had an all inclusive bathroom instead of sink area being separate. The pillows could have been better.

The location was the best part of the hotel. Just a short walk to the beach and the ocean view patio was very nice.

The carpets were horrendously dirty. I didn’t want to take my shoes off for any period of time. My kids were running around barefoot for just a few minutes and their feet were BLACK! So they had to keep shoes on at all times because of how absolutely gross the carpet was. The room wasn’t that clean either and extremely outdated.

The hotel is right on the beach. Beautiful view! It is across the street from the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve. There are restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean and had tile floors.

The hotel is on Pacific Coast Highway and we could hear traffic. The common areas have carpet that is old but the room has tile. The mattress was ok but the pillows were great.

The man at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The room and location was great so many places to eat right across the street and could see the beach from our patio. The price was great and we hope to do the same place every summer with their family. Absolutely nothing bad to say about it.
