Everything was conveniently there.

There were a lot of rude and obnoxious people. Half the staff didn’t understand English or at least they acted as if they didn’t to not have to deal with me and my family.

It was pretty quiet. Staff was friendly. Lobby was clean

Not that I didn't like it. But the vent in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned it was so coated in dust. And the AC was pretty noisy. It made a rattling noise. The unit was working real hard to do her job.

The location to surrounding the city. It was closely provided to food, entertainment and shopping. The staff were nothing less than amazing. The front desk upon check in was friendly, informative, extremely polite with an enthusiastic sense of humor. The restaurant staff were great in providing service and food. My room was clean and cozy.

I enjoyed everything about this property especially the elevators when i walked off my room was right there

I had a problem with my key wouljd not work . I had to come to my room and my key wouldn't. It was like being locked out your room when you went out for the day and return back. That was the on lo t thing that annoyed us. I love the hotel but they need to work the problem.

The breakfast was nice with a nice variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was clean and quiet. Also, I booked both of my rooms incorrectly and your staff was very kind and helpful in helping me add extra days.

Everything was very nice.

Bedding was lovely, as was the size of the bathroom.

The height of the shower was too low for comfort. And most of the TV channels were fuzzy. I felt like I needed better glasses to watch the local news.

Very clean..Front receptionist,Christine was so friendly and efficient..let us check in early as our flight was very early cross country and we were tired! Breakfast was great! Highly recommended.

Convenient location,comfy bed,restful sleep ( despite being close to freeway, surprisingly quiet) we requested an early check in, and our request was granted. Wonderful staff. Reception was easy check in and check out.

It was clean and in a perfect location for us.

You supplied a nice quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. The room was very comfortable.
