I first called cause we would be late checking in. They told us we would be fine. When we got there we were greeted with such professional Customer service, it was almost unbelievable. He told us if there was ANYTHING we needed, just ask. The room was sooooo clean when we got in. NO bedbugs, NO roaches, NO bad smell. it has hardwood floods that where not cold. It had a fridge and a microwave. the location and area of this motel was great and quiet. i would give this a 10/10 for what i paid for and im a tough person to impress. I can see us going again!

Room was clean and staff was very nice. Despite all the cons I might consider coming back hoping that this time I will be more lucky with the neighbors and the air conditioning.

The air conditioner didn’t seem to cool down the air. TV connection was interrupted every 10-15 min. And there were very loud people at night hanging out on the second floor balcony.

Bed was comfy, nice roomy shower no tub which I like anyways, Its quiet place to get rest and location is close to fast food restaurants most within walking distance. We ate at Yoshinoya less than 10 minute walk and Foster's ice cream next to it. Free parking was a big plus. Nice big closet I like gray wooden flooring

Housekeeping did NOT knock on the door first before he opened it. I was half way dressed thank goodness I had my bra on already. So he saw me in shorts and bra and thank goodness my wife was fully clothed.

The hotel is run by a lovely family. The customer service is amazing. The facilities are clean and all amenities are there. This is a hidden gem especially for this price.

Perfect location for Carson Community Center. Nearby stores and places to eat. Accommodations were sufficient for the economical price. I would use again.

Some street noise. A loud guest late night and early morning but not too loud and not for too long. Sink/shower faucet area could’ve been cleaner. Overall very satisfactory for economical price.

Didn't have time for breakfast. However, your front desk was very nice. Andy is a great host and has great personality. He made the place a 5star hotel with his of personality.
