The location near the assisted living home where my mother now resides was walking distance. There were also a number of nice restaurants also within walking distance. No security deposit was requested which helped my very tight holiday budget.

No coat hangers to hang clothing - so clothing was placed on the floor. Extremely long check-in process. I think the manager on duty had an issue with the computerized booking process and at no time provided an update during the long wait. When I left I made it a point to tell the manager on duty that I enjoyed my stay but he entirely disregarded my comment with no response. I like to feel a start to a long-term relationship with staff since I may be using this hotel in the future.

The room was big enough, there's a king bed, TV, fridge, table, one chair and space for luggage. It was super clean and the staff members were super kind! For the location, we rent a car so it was good for us, 30 min to LA center and calm area. In the hall there's a microwave!! That's a good point! The thing that we really appreciate was the 24h service, we arrived at 2am and it wasn't a problem at all.

Don't book it for the included breakfast, you are not going to have it there! The only thing that they have is coffee and industrial bakery (just one type of it) - you can not sit to have the breakfast, there's only a space in the hall with the breakfast on it. The other thing that we realized when we left the hotel, was that anyone can go to the rooms corridor, the elevator is in the street and the room card is not needed to jump on it, so, anyone can go to the rooms space. (Btw, we were feeling safe at all time, is not a dangerous area).

Clean quiet

The toilet wouldn't flush right and the bathroom sink had little bit of water coming out room 203.

The elevator was nice and the room was in good condition, it was mostly quiet and no real issues. My car stayed safe all night.

The beds were like rocks, very hard and made it hard to sleep. There was a lot of construction going on and we had some issues with the toilet

Hotel was great as usual. It use to be a Super 8. it was nice then, but they renovated the room and it’s even nicer.

Hotel was under renovation which we knew before booking. Our room had been renovated to a decent standard

Lack of breakfast

I’m in wheelchair I stated and asked for a wheelchair accessible and makes sure I placed on the reservation and the staff was not able to accommodate me but my wife made it work but it was vacation and not for my wife to work

More handicap accessible for people like myself but customer looking into customers car as slept in outlet car and approaching my wife and still looking into the car was weird for her and myself

Clean comfy good location staff was very nice they also accommodated me with the late check out also my car had broke down and they let the mobile mechanic come there and fix it very nice and sweet I would definitely stay there again
