We were starting our honeymoon, and we had a small treat package and card congratulating us which was so lovely. It was very clean and the pool area was beautiful.

We went out to the pool in the morning at like 6:30 and there were no towels and the doors were locked and we couldn't get back in and had to walk around to the back doors. We went the front and they didn't seem to care and just said someone will be out with towels and we tried to explain the door was locked and they gave us new key which still didn't work because the lock on the door was red and we had to walk around to the back a second time when we came in.

Good location for airport, room and hotel was immaculate. Very good breakfast, with ample choice and could go and get as much as you wanted. Laundry available 24/7, very useful. Pool and spa were very clean and a welcome relief after travelling for the day. Shuttle service to the airport the following morning was timely and the driver was very courteous and helpful. Would definitely visit again, if in LA.

Nothing to dislike.

We needed a hotel that had a hotel shuttle and was decently priced, had breakfast, a pool and was clean. This place had it all. They even have a happy hour at the bar. The pool and outside area was spectacular in my opinion has plenty of sitting areas and even has gas fire pits for the chilly evenings.

It was a little walk to get to any of the food places but wasn't bad we walked there one day when it wasn't so hot. It was about a 10-15 min walk depending how fast you walk.

The Room was big, comfortable and clean. The Breakfast was very good: the quality and quantity of the food. Cofee was delicious and hot.

From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and an incredibly helpful attitude. Her courteous demeanor and attentiveness truly made our stay not just comfortable, but thoroughly delightful. She is a true asset to your team, and thanks to her, our experience was nothing short of wonderful.

The property was clean. It was very comfortable. The staff were excellent in helping us find information about the area. And we’re very friendly. The key card used to get into parking lot made us feel safe. Excellent breakfast. The gal working in the breakfast area went out of her way to help us find a table. Heated up cinnamon rolls for us that we had purchased somewhere else. Beds were comfortable. Towels were large and soft.

Spacious room on top floor with bed and a couch to hang out a bit. Breakfast included, simple but all we needed. The biggest surprise was that they offered free shuttle back to the airport which runs almost every 30 minutes. As we stayed at the lobby waiting to go to the airport we noticed that the staff at the reception was very very friendly and helpful to all their clients. I can definitely recommend staying here!

Late checkout is a little overpriced, so we didn't use it but stayed at the lobby. Unfortunately the bar didn't serve anything to eat before 5pm, you can go to Marriott's next door or, as we did, go to Eat fantastic (less than 10minutes walk) which has delicious burgers and sandwiches freshly made.

Breakfast was good, not a huge selection but perfectly fine. Beds were firm and comfortable. Room was a good size. We were able to check in early. Took an Uber to Venice and Hermosa Beach, around $50 US return for each trip but felt we saved on hotel price so worked out well.

The shuttle was a bonus for the property being free with the airport so close but the phone numbers were wrong and I was unable to call from my phone. The airport info desk kindly helped but the pick up system wasn’t the best, the vans would hardly pull in to check if you were waiting for them and the sign for Hyatt Place was wayyyyy too small to see, a small square on the side at the rear. Once you knew it was there it was clear but not obvious like other hotel shuttles.

Good location, close to airport and looks safer than another airport hotel area in the century blvd. The free Breakfast is excellent, no complaints! Room is clean and spacious. The bar in lobby provided dinner like bugger which is very convenient if you didn’t rent a car to go out.

It’s nice they provided free airport shuttle service. But you have to call or text the phone numbers to request shuttle when you’re ready to be picked up at the airport. The wait was 15 minutes for me, not too bad though.

It was close to the airport and the freeway so it was easy to go visit. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The pool was nice too. The staff was helpful, professional and attentive. The breakfast was delicious.

We had difficulties with the internet connection. It didn't work at certain times, which caused frustrations. Also our rooms weren't cleaned every day. We would have liked at least new towels.
