Staff was readily available 24/7 to assist in every possible way. I love your signature amenity: your delicious chocolate chip cookies available at all hours of the day and night for a snack. Ability to check in virtually and assigned me an exceptional high floor room. Housekeeping did a great job with providing me all requests.
Upon check in advising guests of your housekeeping policies on when rooms are cleaned. Advising your housekeepers to communicate to guests when they are NOT assigned to clean specific rooms and to NOT accept tips not meant for them. Extremely disappointing

Was only there for 6 hours, no time for food. Night staff was great, morning staff not so friendly.
Very upset there was no free shuttle from LAX. Property is so close - would save a person $80 r/trip.

The place was close to the airport but the shuttle only comes around once in an hour to collect you. We couldn't ring them to tell them we were waiting but then knew the time of our flight. Eventually I asked someone to ring them for me and never picked up the phone.
The bathroom wasn't clean. The taps and mirror had soap marks and toothpaste over them still.

I absolutely loved the staff here. The amenities were lovely as well. The bath products are a great quality and so too the coffee and tea. It's perfect for a stay when needing to access LAX. The shuttle to the airport was a great bonus. I would highly recommend staying here.
Wish the parking lot was not so expensive.

Room and bed very comfortable, Staff found a solution due to booking.com reservation cancellation. Free shuttle service is sweet. Great location as it is near N & Out burger

Quiet Location and Very near from Airport. Easy parking availability and facility. Bed mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. All groceries are available by walking distance.
Parking charges are little high. Please provide at least 2 water bottles everyday.

Kind and helpful staff, they were able to have the room ready before official check in time - which was awesome.
Unfortunately you have to call for the airport shuttle when getting to the hotel from the airport. I wish I knew this before booking.

Room was clean and nice. Your standard hotel expectations were met.
Room was in need of basic services. Water pressure was low due to calcium build up and AC was loud due to dirty unwashed air filters.

Location great and had parking, very comfortable beds and rooms. Complimentary water and cookie on arrival. Alicia was most helpful, professional and accommodating when checking us in as was an impromptu stay. Thank you for looking after us Alicia we really appreciated it.
