Comfortable room . Beds were super comfy . Lovely lobby and sitting area for breakfast . Clean pool . Amazing friendly staff who went out of their way for us and made us feel very welcome ! They allowed us to leave our bags before and after to accommodate our travel plans .

Rooms are worn and need some freshening up . Also quite dark . Location was not great for walking but we knew when booking where it was so not their fault at all .

The staff were friendly, the breakfasts were hearty, well cooked and kept well stocked. The rom itself was jut perfect, we got two rooms with two bathrooms and a living area in the middle for our family of 6. The whole place was well laid out and clean with all things we would need (extra blankets, pillows, cooking utensils) already stocked in obvious places. The water pressure in the shower was heaven. The location was easy to get to, but off the beaten path so there wasn't any outside noise. I will stay here again next time I'm in the area!

Everything about the hotel was excellent . Felt like home away from home.

Hotel was multi-level and without elevator . This became a hassle for our elderly visitor but the hotel staff could not do anything because they were sold out of ground floor rooms. Perhaps a more clear warning in the description might have helped us request a preference during booking.

Staff was exceptional, helped us with our bags, we were on the third floor. Dovie, Ryan & Anna all were so helpful, especially Dovie. Very positive attitudes and friendly manner. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

I was recovering from surgery and was using a cane. I don't remember seeing anything in the information saying- no elevators, that should have been made very clear.

I love that the location is central to the freeways, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. I also like the kitchenette and ample space of the room itself.

I've actually stayed at this location when it was the Townplace Suites, prior to becoming Hyatt House, and I must say the place could use a few minor upgrades like the frayed carpet.

The breakfast was good, especially for a free one. The pool area was great with plenty of seating and grills to utilize. The staff were all very helpful and polite. We loved the fact that the room had a kitchenette in it. The location was also PERFECT!

I think the carpet could stand to be shampooed a bit more. If we walked around barefoot for too long we could notice discoloring on our feet.

The room was quiet and comfortable, we changed our room location, so it wasn't near the train station. The breakfast was sufficient and enough to get you going for the day. The laundry was a bonus. Close to supermarkets, shops and freeways to get you on your way.

A few more kitchen pans etc would've have been good to cook with. For the room price one would think that the parking should be free instead of the $20 USD per day, as there was ample space.

I loved the location! And the room we had was great! Requested a bottom floor and they really did a good job of accomplishing that!! From Texas and have family in LA will always stay here for now on!

Easy to get to from LAX. There was a warm welcome when we arrived and the folks at reception and all the staff were exceptional our entire stay. Breakfast was included and very tasty / lots of choice.
