This hotel is in a perfect location! Staff was wonderful and Rooms are Amazing! Oh…can’t forget the comfy beds and feather pillows! ❤️

The hotel is 15 minutes' drive from LAX Airport and, right next to a busy highway but you don't hear any noise. We loved the vintage character features; swimming pool and jacuzzi are available and rarely crowded. You can call Uber and get to more distant scenic places like Manhattan Beach or Santa Monica (15-20 minutes). Otherwise, within 10 minutes' walk from affordable range of eateries (if you want a change from the highly rated Mexican restaurant within the hotel) and shopping centers like Ross, TJ Maxx, Walmart, CVC parmacy, etc. The fridge and microwave in the (very spacious) room give extra options for own b/fast. Rest assured, we'll book it again, when in LA.

The bed though comfy was too soft for my back.

The room was spacious and classy. I like the decorations, painting, and furniture.

I did not like the restaurant adjacent to hotel. I was told the restaurant was separate from the hotel. I had breakfast and the potatoes were very bland. The coffee was the worst I ever had. I returned it, because it was strong and very bitter. The representative stated she added a cinnamom stick to the coffee pot. I never heard of such a thing. She was not very friendly. I was the only customer beside one other lady. She stated we closed a 10:00 am and it was only 09:28 am. I asked her are you still going to serve me. She stated I just want to let you know. I felt she was rushing me to make up my mind to order. I requested for another cup of coffee and it was a little better. Her whole demeanor was not very pleasant. I ate half of my food and I left the restaurant.

Very beautiful hotel in the inside with historical European decor. The hotel is also very big and the rooms are very big and spacious.

Parking at the hotel was plentiful but came at an extra cost and it was expensive. In order to pay for parking, you had to install an app and pay via the app, which was buggy. It took me an hour to complete the payment. There’s no other space outside of the hotel parking where you can leave your car overnight, the area has only gas stations and big department stores. I also found a spider in my room 🥲

-Housekeeping is doing a great job by cleaning the rooms everyday and changing towels without me asking them to (yes in some hotels in the US, you have to ask for cleaning your room even if it’s supposed to be included in ABC hospitality 🫣). - Rooms are quiet and spacious. - Location

- No breakfast at the property. - No room service. - No water in the rooms. - No little store for water or essential items, you get to drive and get it from outside.

It was clean. It is an older hotel and if you look you can see the signs of the times. However, I think it better than most places. I can't say enough about how great the staff was. They were kind and really went out of the way to make sure you were comfortable and answered any questions that we had.

It had some people lurking in the parking lot. The hotel does have security but can’t be everywhere at once. We were accosted by a homeless man and had to run into the hotel to escape. Then there was a man walking around with a golf club. Apparently there used to be a homeless encampment behind the hotel and the parking lot of the hotel was the way they got around. I

Very clean, tidy, amazing décor, attention to detail in the architecture, staff very friendly (the most friendly out of all hotel staff interacted with during entire USA trip), maintenance staff (Alex) was prompt, efficient and very personable! This hotel met expectations, aside from the aspects detailed below, however, this hotel exceeded other expectations. This hotel is set up beautifully, staff in the restaurant are great and friendly, areas to sit in front of fireplace or in courtyard are great and tranquil. The laundry facilities available to guests are easy to use, with cleaning detergent available for free at reception! The room was serviced each day and promptly. Judging by the notable cliental and professionals staying at the hotel, it is clearly the hotel of choice, and I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

The shower, the shower was less than adequate, the bathroom less than the standard the remainder of the hotel portrays. The room could do with some careful thought in terms of size of TV, a room guide with TV channels, how to use TV remote, ordering food (not just from the inhouse Mexican restaurant), having a practical approach to staying at the hotel, like the how to, where to, etc. The hotel really does need other dining options, relying on Mexican food is not adequate for a hotel of this standard. A missed opportunity for what could be one of the greatest hotels in California (if it wanted that status)!

The hotel itself was absolutely lovely and the staff were wonderful. We did have dinner in the restaurant, which was very good. It was lovely to have that fireplace burning as you walked in. We also appreciated the artwork and the beautiful decor of the room.

The only thing I would change is the noise level in the restaurant. It is a very beautiful restaurant, but having constant rock music, screaming at you as you were trying to eat a meal was very disconcerting. You should have classical music in there to fit the ambience of the restaurant. That said, the restaurant staff could not have been nicer, and the food was delicious.

Room was very spacious and very quiet - surprising considering its proximity to the interstate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant served delicious spanish influenced food and drink and was a very friendly place for a lone traveller to eat.

Very little to not like.

Great location to SoFi Stadium. Room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet even though it is super close to the 405.

For some reason the entry rugs were filthy and that was my first impression walking in. The rest of the hotel looked great.
