friendly staff, decent facilities, quiet room with no real traffic noise or noise from other guests, acceptable wi-fi. There's a little snack-food shop in the lobby

the bed and couch were showing their age - pretty lumpy. Like many hotel rooms, the A/C unit and fridge generate a lot of white noise. Due to some emergency or another, the water was off in the morning which meant I couldn't shower or use the gym

The staff was awesome. The breakfast buffet was pretty extensive. The beds were super comfortable and it was nice to have a mini kitchen and sitting area. A lot of families stayed there and with the pullout bed and the free breakfast the value would be better for them.

Although the location is near the airport, it’s in a bit of a desert for places to eat, and, aside from the breakfast area and an area to buy chips and microwaveable meals, there was no place to get a quick bite without walking quite a ways. Also we could find very few Ubers that would make the trip there on the weekend although the front desk does have an app to a yellow cab company. Plus, the actual hotel room was old and tired for the price we paid (and we were told we got a great deal!). The tub had been chipped and badly repaired. Maybe we were just there on a popular weekend but the breakfast area was packed out in the mornings.

For the price, very good hotel. Breakfast was included in the price and was well stocked including waffles and fresh bananas, apples and oranges. Edmund Castellanos, Night Operations Manager, is exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant.

The road traffic was a little noisy at times.

Before checking in, I didn't know that there is a Parking charge of 24$ per night. The Parking was paid. The Toilet Paper stand was too far from the seat. Hence, you have to hold the Toilet Paper before going for the business and during the business. (Pic attached)

Good area, close enough to walk to Starbucks and shopping center. Short ride to airport or the pier. They also had a great breakfast! We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, we were in town for a football game so it worked perfect for our trip. If you’re wanting to spend more time there and be closer to more activities or restaurants then maybe not the place for you.

Beds weren’t the comfiest and room could use a little updating. But overall good stay. We would stay again.

Great hotel in a great location. Quiet and secure. There was a great area separate from the bed for getting some work done without disruption! Bedding and pillows were comfy. Great price for the value. Parking was great but a little pricey.

Bed was very squeaky and not the most comfortable. Elevators were ridiculously slow!

Entire staff were great, the location was excellent, room was comfortable and clean, and even though they had the same breakfast everyday we were there, it was a decent selection and the coffee was great.

Our king room was nicely laid out and had lots of room. Bed was comfortable. The pool was heated and the hot tub was extra toasty. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Location is convenient in a quiet area.

The pool was a bit small and on the shady side of the property, so there was not a ton of sun later in the day. We stayed in March though. I'm sure it's better in the summer.

The room was big and very clean Nice breakfast

The sofa bed was not comfortable The mattress in one of the queen beds was too soft, but we didn’t say anything to the hotel.

The girl working at Christmas eve was very helpful an caring thank you!! And they always had free water and Coffee and the breakfast was very good, they had wafflemakers
