Very nice and modern Hotel in quiet surrounding. Nice pool and gym. Very clean. Nice staff. Nice bar.

Breakfast buffet for 18 USD/per Person seems a little high..... Parking for 28 USD/Night is also not acceptable

My favourite stay after my nose surgery in LA. After my surgery, I was looking for a quiet place to stay. The staff always responded to my requests, even though it was difficult for me to communicate due to my pain. The daily breakfast very tasty. I would like to thank the two service staff members who served me the delicious shake. And special thanks to you Jenny, who recommended me to rent a bike in Hermosa Beach. It was also a pleasure to chat with the management staff on the garden terrace. You all contributed to making my stay at LAX as pleasant as possible. Thank you very much. I will definitely book the Cambria Hotel again next year for my follow-up checkup.

- My room was not always cleaned daily. - The Breakfast was a bit monotonous because it was always the same, but that didn't bother me that much. - Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about.

It was really clean. The staff was friendly and it was kind of hidden in the in the back. It wasn’t like a busy area.

Some of the towels were like stained, and I feel like the towels that are stained should be discarded, and new towels should be put out

Easy to get to, room was massive and clean. Parking cost was less than most areas using the discounted offer of $15 a night. Smart tv was good to play YouTube on as well as Bluetooth mirror in bathroom.

Pool area was nice but the outside loungers need to be power washed. Only 1 lift working and very slow. Check in was long. Some people were getting told that the king rooms still weren’t ready, luckily our twin room was. Check in lady was friendly but was definitely feeling flustered with dealing with the delays, not her fault though. The area was very quiet but unless you have a car then there isn’t much to do.

Parking was expensive and seemed ridiculous. It was over 110$ to park while there for 3 days.

Upon arrival, I was barely greeted by a woman who could barely raise her eyes from the computer, seemed in a general annoyed mood. Once I was settled in, I found other staff to be very accomodating and helpful. The pool was nice. It has a nice bar/coffee shop where one can get a drink or order food. The airport shuttle service was advertised, even in email I received during my stay, but I was told there was not shuttle service for early flights.....though I had chosen the hotel based on getting a very early shuttle. They did offer to get UBER for me. Be sure to verify that service and hours of operation. I would stay there again based on the manager who was on duty during my stay.

I didn't read the small print, so was blindsided by the $27.00/day parking fee. The hotel had a massively huge parking lot, and there was no need to charge people for it. That just told me that the management was in it to make money - not to serve. And if they wanted to charge that much, they should have included that in equal size print as all the other info. I felt cheated, and never would have chosen that hotel had I known they'd charge $27.00 for parking. I've stayed at many other hotels in the area with free (secure) parking.

The hotel was very nice accommodations-wise, and the staff were very kind.

The free shuttle runs 6-10 not 6-11 as advertised. We arrived 10:30 and had to pay for a taxi even though that wasn't the plan. The staff all seemed confused about what was going on when. A staff member told us the breakfast buffet was amazing and that we should get it. There was no buffet. Just, they all need to be trained and everything more consistent with posted signage and email.

Facilities, cleanless

Distance from the airport and shuttle bus service! We were supposed to be taken to the airport at 2pm, but shuttle was late for 30min even we booked it in register. And we took another hotel shuttle which was unboarded us next to another hotel. Shuttle service from airport also needs to be booked in advance not like other hotel driving each several minutes. Reception staff was helpless.

The restaurant food was affordable and delicious! Pool and outside fire pit was relaxing! Juan, Chris, and Sonia were terrific!

Paying to park wasn't cool, but I guess it is what it is in LA. Housekeeping was terrible. We were there 5 days and only 2x did we get fresh towels. We only got it the second time because we had to ask for it.
