The Room was big, comfortable and clean. The Breakfast was very good: the quality and quantity of the food. Cofee was delicious and hot.

Spacious room on top floor with bed and a couch to hang out a bit. Breakfast included, simple but all we needed. The biggest surprise was that they offered free shuttle back to the airport which runs almost every 30 minutes. As we stayed at the lobby waiting to go to the airport we noticed that the staff at the reception was very very friendly and helpful to all their clients. I can definitely recommend staying here!

Late checkout is a little overpriced, so we didn't use it but stayed at the lobby. Unfortunately the bar didn't serve anything to eat before 5pm, you can go to Marriott's next door or, as we did, go to Eat fantastic (less than 10minutes walk) which has delicious burgers and sandwiches freshly made.

Breakfast was good, not a huge selection but perfectly fine. Beds were firm and comfortable. Room was a good size. We were able to check in early. Took an Uber to Venice and Hermosa Beach, around $50 US return for each trip but felt we saved on hotel price so worked out well.

The shuttle was a bonus for the property being free with the airport so close but the phone numbers were wrong and I was unable to call from my phone. The airport info desk kindly helped but the pick up system wasn’t the best, the vans would hardly pull in to check if you were waiting for them and the sign for Hyatt Place was wayyyyy too small to see, a small square on the side at the rear. Once you knew it was there it was clear but not obvious like other hotel shuttles.

Good location, close to airport and looks safer than another airport hotel area in the century blvd. The free Breakfast is excellent, no complaints! Room is clean and spacious. The bar in lobby provided dinner like bugger which is very convenient if you didn’t rent a car to go out.

It’s nice they provided free airport shuttle service. But you have to call or text the phone numbers to request shuttle when you’re ready to be picked up at the airport. The wait was 15 minutes for me, not too bad though.

Staff was great, the facilities and having a bar downstairs was very handy. I was traveling with my toddlers and the shuttle was the best! the morning staff Maria and Isabel were very kind, helpful and understanding when my toddlers requested something in the kitchen, they also helped me with a few general enquiries. Would definitely stay again

Shuttle instructions (pick up area, number to call, etc) were not explained at the time of the booking and the bad internet in the airport made it even harder. The bartender charged me $5 for 150ml of milk the night before breakfast (free at breakfast) rest of the staff was great

The property seemed very new and well maintained, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. I attended an event at Sofi and stayed here overnight, the perfect location to do this. Close enough to SoFi to be convenient but far enough away to be in a safe location away from the large crowds and traffic

I was put next to some noisy neighbors who were up all night long. I requested a one hour late check out but the hotel wanted to charge me an extra $50; I understand that some places do charge for late check out but when you are paying $300+ I expect a little flexibility.

The staff was excellent! The airport shuttle was so very convenient! The sandwich from the bar was wonderful - as were the fries! The room was comfortable and had everything I needed!

The shuttle driver on the way back to the airport was not friendly at all and dropped me way past the entry doors to the international terminal and I felt unsafe. This was a hotel pickup at approximately 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9th.

Most staff were all smiles and gave warm greetings to customers. They were helpful and friendly especially Derek who was very accommodating to our queries and needs. Kitchen lady provided great service. Breakfast was good, more variation would have been great, and fruit salad not the best. Could do a bit more seating for families. Very close to airport. Shuttle service to and from airport very handy. Room clean, housekeeping great.

Laundry not flexible with payment, machine needed quarters which hotel couldn't provide when we needed them. Had to request for detergent to be ordered. A bit of distance to shops and dining (17 min walk). Easy to get Uber though.

We were arriving from Honolulu late in the evening .Check in was friendly . The hotel shuttle not working after 08.p.m i think so we came with Uber . Staff is friendly .Breakfast for the price really good .Beds were perfect .Room clean.Very good for staying near the airport if you have flight on the next day .gym , wlan good .price ok for the quality of the hotel .Shuttle running during day every 30 minutes .10 Minutes drive to the airport .I would stay there again for airport hotel
