What breakfast?

I expected the shuttle bus to be operating in the afternoon when my flight from Australia arrived. I had even messaged the property to let them know I would be wanting to use the shuttle but was not informed it wouldn’t be operating. The convenience of the shuttle was one of the main reasons I booked your hotel. The morning shuttle worked well.

Great place close to the airport - ideal for my 24/hour layover. I didn't have funds to cab/ride share around but there was plenty of food, shops, etc. within walking distance. The motel also had a bath which was perfect after a 20+ hour flight including a stop-over. The free airport shuttle on my departure date was super handy too!

Airport shuffle didn't appear to show up when I arrived in LAX - I waited over an hour and there was no sight of it. Unfortunately I only had mobile data and wasn't able to call. I sent an email but not sure it was read in time. I imagine if I were able to call, this would have been sorted, as the staff were very accomodating. I ended up getting a public bus which was pretty easy, anyway. I did find the accomodation was pretty steeply priced, and ride shares to any nearby beaches/destinations were very pricy ($40 - $60USD+), which seemed a lot for a 15-30 minute ride, but that's probably just LA for you (and maybe due to the proximity to the airport, you get airport surcharges?)

We appreciated that they were able to check us in early and give us the quiet room that we requested for. The rooms were renovated in the last 2 years, and we're glad to see that the upkeep hasn't gone down yet.

Too bad Maria is no longer with the establishment. The current front desk staff (will refrain from mentioning her name here) was not as accommodating and talked to us like we were intellectually below her level. Also, the premises were not as clean as last time. Lots of trash lying around and housekeeping left an open garbage bag just outside our room.

The male staff member at check-in was very friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. I had absolutely no problems with the airport shuttle - both from and to the airport. The bed is super comfortable and the room was very clean. I appreciated the fridge. It’s in a safe neighbourhood and there is a gas station on the corner with snacks.

Noise. It wasn’t even airport noise or street noise - it was other guests. People are so incredibly rude. I had a woman in the room next to me, walking in and out of her room and talking on the phone until 3am. Like, who does that? And my first night I had French guys being loud and rowdy until midnight. Insulation would help this problem, or maybe some kind of noise policy. 3am is a ridiculous time to be loud at a hotel when people are just trying to sleep. Also the water pressure isn’t great.

Great airport hotel, staff were friendly and it provided good amenities for a budget airport hotel. Shuttle was available upon calling the hotel, room was clean, comfortable bed and nearby supermarket/cafe/restaurant. Good value for money considering proximity to LAX

The hotel is a great option for a quick stop, the shuttle service it's great. The room was ok, clean and comfortable enough. The staff was friendly and flexible. Keep in mind that this will only be a good option if you must stay near the airport, everything (sightseeing wise) is very far and distances in LA are outrageous.

I was given a room next to the dumpster and maintenance area so it was noisy in the morning. I was told by message that they could hold my bags until 3pm, when I got there, they said they could hold it for an hour or two only, other guess later were told that they could hold them until 3 or 6 pm the latest. At the end, I came back an hour later and I was given an early check in, so it made up for it.

Great room for a quick stop over while we waited for our plane. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean.

The pool needed a good clean. The transfer vehicle was booked at reception for a 10pm collection, I was then told it would be arriving at 10:10pm.... strange. Then it was 15 minutes late, starting to worry now. Then it arrived 20 minutes late with one spot available in the transfer vehicle, we had booked for four people. Got told another one was on the way and would be 15 minutes!.... fast forward 40 minutes and it finally showed up, we only just made our flight! Just tell me to book an UBER next time, be honest.

The room was exactly what we expected and needed for our one night stay in LA between flights. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport which was really convenient. Comfy bed, decent shower, air con, TV and a mini fridge. Theres a gas station directly across the road and loads of take out within walking distance. Overall great value stay if you just need a basic stay near LAX between flights (especially with LAX traffic, its so handy being close by)

The shuttle service from LAX to the hotel is free (fantastic!) however you have to call the shuttle service to organise pick up which is a little inconvenient if you don't have a US sim card. For one day in LA we weren't going to pay for a sim card just for this call, so we ended up finding a random stranger to call the service on our behalf, which isn't ideal. gone are the days of the pay phone! It might be worth emailing the hotel / shuttle service to organise the shuttle pick up prior to landing if you don't plan on getting a sim card. Other than that, we had a great stay! and also, the driver of the shuttle was so kind, helpful and calm upon pick up that we totally forgot the chaos of calling the service.

It was a reasonable price for a stay near LAX. It was a low 8 because it was a tad better than a Motel 6. Fortunately, my room was on the ground floor and didn't have to climb stairs. The non-carpeted flooring made it feel cleaner, and the storage space let me stow stuff in an organized manner. Having a coffee maker was another perk as was having a refrigerator was another perk.

Paying $20 a night extra to park in a deteriorated parking lot was not a treat. No one spiffed up the room or restocked coffee the second night. Everything was low budget and felt a little less clean than most $150 a night rooms. It wasn't nasty, but I have no desire to return.

The staff was nice. Due to the July 18th , 19th 3rd party outage, my flight and 100s of other flights got cancelled. Many other hotels were fully booked and I picked this which was available. As I was very tired and it was later in the evening, I did not wonder around the property. The room. This is a big king size bedroom. So clean. Spacious. TV was good to to see all channels. Bathroom was spacious too. Amenities not too great but for 1 night...I didn't care.

This hotel has 3 separate buildings. I had to cross the street to get to my room. Scan a QR code and you can order a meal deliverer to your room. The horrible part is the cost! I ordered 2 entrees and after all tax and fees and tip it came up to $63 Each entree was about 15 to 20 dollars! I took uber at 3.30am to LAX . It was a quick less than 10 min ride and cost was about 15.00.
