The hotel room was impecable, perfect room for the family. The pool was cheerful enough for the 4 year old and the breakfast was decent with a variety of options available. More fresh fruits would be welcome!

The shuttle schedule is difficult. We knew that a call was necessary at arrival in LAX, but it took 30 min and 3 phone calls (bear in mind we were paying international rates) before we were told the shuttle will be there in 35 min. All in all, we waited 1h15min for the shuttle. If I had known it was that difficult, we would have looked at other arragements. Staff over the phone did not provide good information and at arrival the check in took another 35 min. Also, we had booked with booking.com a late check out option, but the hotel did not honour it. I was very disappointed.

Nice place on the way to the airport. Everything was comfortable.

The drive to the airport was 20 plus minutes with traffic. So it’s not really right on the airport.

The rooms were a great size and well appointed, the bar/restaurant was good with great food and drinks, the complimentary 2 x happy hour drinks were much appreciated, the staff were helpful and accomodating (I couldn’t check in early, but they stored my bags, and I could get a late check out), and the included breakfast was excellent - ok variety, lots of space to dish and eat. The gym was good - the Peloton bike was fantastic! The self pay laundry facilities were a welcome find and super helpful. The airport shuttle was also great.

The ground floor general toilet was small, and the gym would be enhanced with a rowing machine.

good breakfast with cooking station ( you can order omlets/fried eggs), you can have free sodas and coffe and tea close to LAX parking lot ( not the cheapest one- 44 usd for one night)- lower lot in not friendly for SUV owners nice, clean big room comfortable beds not far from Ralph's and other stores ( but not walking distance) good starting point for exploring Manhattan Beach

prices in mini market are to high ( 7 dollar for Cocacola botlle) I booked a room with late check out option thru booking.com and was told at reception that they didn't have that information so I had to change my plans

Room was perfect. beds were comfy. You can hear the planes a bit from the airport next door but it was not as bad as I was was expecting.

Only flaw was early breakfast. We had been travelling and were on a stopover at LAX and got delayed. Very tired. We went down to get breakfast just after 9am only to realise that it had already finished. It was a bit inconvenient as no other food was available until 11:00 so we had to get a taxi to another location to get to a cafe. I guess it took me by surprise as I was expecting breakfast till a bit later than that.

Staff was very helpful. They did not have my reservation from Booking.com. I showed them the confirmation number and they asked if I paid booking.com, so I looked on my credit card statement and I had not, so they made a reservation for me on the spot. We arrived early in the day and the staff told me that was lucky because by night they may not have been able to accommodate us. Very professional

very scary they did not have my reservation. It had not been forwarded by booking.com. I suggest you verify the reservation directly with the hotel prior to travel. I had made the reservation 4 months before and assumed all was well.

very close to Airport , the shuttle ride was very short and fast . We had to leave early so the breakfast was not open when we shuttled back to the Airport . The staff was very friendly and professional. The facilities was very clean . The room was very clean

The front room of our unit was too cluttered with large furniture... ie..the ottoman was too large, it was hard to navigate around it to the bedroom. Since it was close to airport, you could hear planes take off . We wish breakfgast started earlier, like 6 am ..but thats ok , can't have everything.

We had 2 stays at this property and we can't fault it for its convenience to LAX. There is a shuttle between the hotel and the airport (you do have to whistle it up). It's a busy venue but the 'Happy Hour' drinks were greatly appreciated and it provides a good, solid breakfast. The meal in the restaurant is also good.

I asked the staff at reception for a small amount of milk to make a cup of tea and was told in no uncertain terms that I had to buy a large container from the shop. I went without. The rooms are quite dark.

Great rooms for 3+ people! Spacious, clean, comfortable. Fridge and microwave were good to have. Beds and pillows were comfy. Big TVs in living room area and bedroom. Happy Hour was fun! Nijole was wonderful and did a great job serving lots of people. Free drinks are always appreciated! 🙂

Minor complaint: we went to the snack area and grabbed a small bag of chips and a bag of Trail Mix. $7 for the chips and $10 for the trail mix. We put them back!

My favorite consideration was the omelet bar for breakfast, included with your stay. This hotel has been one of the cleanest and best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at.

I did wish I was a little more prepared for the private party that was going on during my stay. My only complaint was being unprepared to hear loud music most of the night. HOWEVER, this is hardly a complaint, it allowed my friend and I to step outside the door to see and listen to festivities without going to too far.
