Although we only stayed overnight, the staff couldn't have been more helpful right from check-in to checkout. This is an economy hotel so don't expect luxurious conditions. Our family stayed in 4 rooms. All 4-rooms were clean and appeared to have been recently updated. Staff even booked 2 cabs for us for the short drive to the cruise ship terminal. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Location fantastic. Walk right into an art and restaurant district. 5 minute Uber to cruise terminal (so if not much luggage can walk). We enjoyed walking around the area. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and informative. Many types of food, coffee/tea places near by with a short walk. We had never been before and presently surprised.

Nothing I can say we did not like. This was an economy room that exceeded our expectations.

The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He let us check out 45 minutes late as we were heading to a cruise. He lent us a stapler, and arranged for a taxi.

the next room beside us were slamming their doors upon entry and leaving. The doors are side by side and the noise carries, can be unsettling at times.

Spotless! Very comfortable, the staff were a great help and the location was perfect. We were leaving on a cruise and the hotel set us up with parking and even scheduled our cab for us.

The coffee maker didn’t work.

Perfect location super nice staff very cute little room! a little dated on some of the things but very comfortable. The bed was amazing pillows could be a little bit better but overall the day was perfect for us. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful even when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an exceptional property. It has recently been renovated. Everything is new and up-to-date. The bathrooms are lovely with lots of tile. It is really close (1 mile) to Port of Los Angeles, where cruise ships depart. There is excellent Italian coffee in the room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this motel. Great value for the money.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like. It is well maintained and clean. It would be nice to have breakfast available, but I can also do without it. The Italian coffee in the room is amazing. This is a hidden gem!

Guest Harbor is an older hotel which has undergone recent updating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the management was very nice. He set us up with an uber driver (ask about Tony) who was also very nice and very reasonably priced.

There was no breakfast but there was a good diner close by.

Perfect place to stay a day ahead of cruise. Family owned. Sam extremely helpful and accommodating. Room very clean. This is an older motel that has been updated Comfortable bed. Nice linens. He also made arrangements for taxi to pick him s up and deliver to cruise terminal for $11.

The owner was very helpful and offered excellent suggestions. Will defiantly go back.

Most comfortable bed

Our host was friendly and super helpful. It was an older hotel and didn’t look like much from the outside but the room was fabulously redone. I loved the beautiful bathroom! So close to the cruise port and restaurants downtown.
