Great Service, allowed us to check in early. Very busy weekend we were there for a festival in downtown Los Angeles and they also had a lot of people staying for the Taylor swift concert. Rooms were nice and pretty spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed at recently. Only 25-30 min from downtown la area where we went for Hard Summer Music Festival. Beat the overpriced hotels in downtown for just a bit of a drive. Also had free parking, and was in a decent area with a lot close by. Felt much safer staying here than near downtown LA. Will def be staying here again when we come back down in December to see John Summit at BMO.

Only thing is the shower was a bit complicated to get hot at first but once you learn it you're good. But not actual complaints.

Large refrigerator/freezer. Comfortable bed and single person chair.

Methods used to dispose of trash and recyclables are sub-standard for a motel rated as a 'B'. Laundry room was messy.

Location was fantastic, close to mall and restaurants. The staff was excellent! The room was fine, the refrigerator was a little off as water leaked from the freezer into the refrigerator at times.

Large bathroom and kitchen area the bed was very comfy

My TV had a line through it I let the staff know they asked me did I want another room I said No I bought my kindle fire so I was cool

Excellent customer service.

Rooms were not updated, one room had torn curtains & another room smelled like mildew. The finally room was updated a little bit & smelled better. The bed was comfortable.

For what I paid, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. It was very clean with no musty smell like other low budget hotels/inns. I will definitely stay here again!

I am using it the night before an event that is being held nearby and it is very helpful. The room is large and comfortable.

I would like the breakfast to be a little more substantial. For example, I would be happy if fruits were added.

The location is wonderful very clean, and friendly staff Kitchenette is a plus.

Only thing I didn't like were the people smoking outside my window. No ones fault. I just don't like the way it smells

During booking I requested for a late checkout (1pm) because, my ESA dog and mine primary residence was being tented for termites and no one was allowed home until after 2pm. When it was finally time, I called the front desk and asked for a late checkout and was told if I stayed past 12pm, their system would automatically charge me for another day ($145.72). When I went to the front desk and physically checked out it was 12:10pm. My card wasn't charged for another day so I'm not clear why I wasn't allowed to stay for another 50 minutes. P.S. on my printed out receipt there is a section where a late checkout fee could be implemented (42500 - Late Check out Fee) but, I wasn't even given that as an option.
