The hotel is located in a quiet area, less than 5 minutes walk from a grocery store and pharmacy, and a large shopping mall is a 30 minute walk or 4 bus stops away, which is very close. The hotel is well connected by public transportation. As a solo traveler, I felt safe staying there. The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms are neat and clean, the internet is great, the pool and gym are great, and the parking lot in front is large. Highly recommended! If I come to Torrance again, I will definitely stay here.

The staff and front office environment was very welcoming (thanks for the welcome treat) The location was perfect!(for me) The bed was very comfortable too.:⁠-⁠) and the appliances were modern and clean.

I had to relocate to another room due to the outdated shower knob not working. The wall sockets were outdated and didn't work for my charging cord. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Location great. Everything you need is within a short walking distance. Unbelievable value for the accommodations. Seriously, not many hotel rooms can match the comfort, and size of the rooms. The one bedroom suite is ideal for families. The kitchen is an added benefit. The staff is so beyond accommodating and kind. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to you all!

There’s nothing that I didn’t like. It truly exceeded my expectations.

The staff was super nice and accommodated me however I needed and wanted and was very efficient. I love that it was pet friendly so my dog could stay with me without any questions asked. When I called the office for specific needs they were on top of it and very thorough and considerate .they got back to me in a timely fashion.

For the price, it was a very great experience!

Bed was very comfortable, the fridge was great for the room, the balcony was amazing.

The walkways were kind of slippery due to excessive rain, not enough rugs to prevent slipping. The elevator had a faint odor that was not pleasant but easy fix, the thermostat was outdated and complicated to use, and some maintenance needed on some things in the room.

I liked that it had enough beds for the kids, rooms were clean. Staff was great, and did help us with issue to the room. Lots of food places near by and the beaches were close to the hotel. Would definitely come again.

I didn’t like that they gave us a room that people were already in. And there gym and swimming pool were not open.

It’s simple and well easily located. Wasn’t too far from any place we really wanted to go to. Everything was nice the room was cute and small for a studio with queen bed and sofa bed. Would love to come back to again. Staff is friendly and very helpful if we ever needed anything. Rooms were clean and well managed. Thank you.

I recommend having a car for this location. Walls were thin and we had really loud neighbors that stressed us and the dogs. It was basically like having someone in the room talking if they were direct neighbors or outside

The room was super spacious and I was surprised to know the room had a jacuzzi. The property was well kept and quiet. Which was exactly what I was looking for.

My room did not have a phone in it, the bathroom was super tiny and they did not have carts for your luggage

The Laundry machines 3party owners and. When you down load the app they change your 40dl and is not the same app. Machines so I got charge 80dl and can’t not recuperate the money becouse no one is in chage of the laundry machines.
