You , Booking .com stated they had a shuttle bus to cruiseport The manager tells me he informed you on several occasions the shuttle bus does not exist! The manager was most apologetic and was very professional

Great location for a cruise, 10 minutes by uber or taxi ($25); next door to a large CVS Pharmacy, restaurants & coffee shops. Wonderful breakfast area with numerous food selections (including scrambled eggs & sausages, coffee/teas, yogurts, cereals, breads, etc).

Floors were unclean (feet became black walking from bed to bathroom a few times), simply a lazy room cleaner. Balance of the room was clean and comfortable (includes fridge, microwave, coffeemaker) - we would definitely book here again in future for a cruise.

Best nights sleep (2) of our trip. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was slightly more than a trickle, but in a drought state it was adequate and the bath was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was as expected. The coffee was better than many motels. Also a CVS pharmacy next door.

Because of the very heavy traffic, access to the parking area was challenging. There were few food options close by although there was a Starbuck's within walking distance. They were not close to any areas of note or beaches.

It is a good place to stay for 1 day before my cruise, the location is good, there are restaurants which are walking distance to reach, since it is just next to the main street, so there is a lot of noise at night. Also there is a smell when I arrived the room, so I have to open the door to try to get rid of it. I think there is free parking but I didn't use it. Anyway, compared the price, it is not a bad choice to stay just for 1 -2 night. The staffs are very nice!

We enjoyed the pool/hot tub, comfy beds, price, breakfast, and friendly staff.

It was a little bit of a bummer I couldn't get breakfast and take it to my room since my kids were tired and didn't want to get up yet, but I just made them get up & go down to get breakfast when I learned we couldn't take it to our room.

Comfortable and convenient stay for what we needed for the night. Very friendly lady that checked us in. Enjoyed the breakfast items as well. If we ever go on a cruise again, I would consider this location in the future as it is close enough to get to port.

Location, easy access to public transportation, and very nice sized room with a sofa. Medium soft bed with nice pillows allowed for a good night’s sleep. Quiet at night.

Nothing that stood out just minor things you let go . More good than bad there . I would return easily!

I was going on vacation and had a different to be at where i had to sleep overnight.. not only was staff very friendly and professional but out of all the places i stayed this trip the bed and pillow were the best , i slept the best here

We have stay here 3 time already and no matter how far we need to drive to what we are visiting we still go and stay there we just love the customer service I believe is the owner a men at at front desk he just go way beyond his way to help us the rooms are very clean and we fell safe.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and a good shower. Handy location to all kinds of stores and restaurants.

Supplied bath towels were a little thin, but they got the job done.
