Cleaness, refrigerator, microwave, and enough space to get walk around.

I would have liked to get the Wifi password to log in to our computer. I tried to call main # to receptionist but had problems. At the end we wear not able to get that information. It would have been nice to have breakfast on premises to be included with our hotel bill. I understand you have a small restaurant but as a senior you are limited on what you can do Thank You

Pet fee is buried on the website and partner-websites, it feels misleading to advertise as “Pet Friendly” while charging a per-pet fee, per night. Out of date website that is linked through the QR code on the back of guest rooms advertising free breakfast.

Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would gladly stay here again if given the chance.

It was far from where my uncle planned to visit, which is why we changed our stay. Otherwise, I would have stayed there for the entire 20 days.

I like the staff. I like the location and how quiet it is. The rooms are a nice size and decorated nicely. I like how they use dove for their soaps. I like how they have an onsite washer/dryer.

One time it was beer bottles left on my balcony from the previous people.

This place is absolute amazing so comfortable and cozy it’s a gem home away from home everyone is so attentive I felt spoiled just the experience I needed positive vibes positive energy can’t wait to return thank you to everyone at the Ramada keep up the great work people just absolutely amazing

The room is clean, air-con. functions good, conditions of the swimming pool is satisfactory.

Extremely clean and well equipped! Price was great and bed was comfy and rooms were very nice. The young lady who picked us up from the airport, also worked the front desk and brought a baby bed to our room, was awesome. Forgot her name Darnit, as this young lady is management material and represented the hotel beautifully!!!💕

We were in a regular and not handicapped room and the toilet was extremely low and hard to sit down on and then stand up and no rails to hold onto. The flooring in the pool area was extremely slippery when it got wet and I was so afraid I was going to fall in the area. But the pool area, pool, & jacuzzi were so clean and enjoyable!

I always staying at the Ramada. The location is secluded away from a lot of foot traffic. The staff is always nice, and super helpful. The rooms are decorated nice and always clean. I love the fact that they use dove products.

Not chargingbfor breakfast being able to take an eat the breakfast in room some people have health issues an cant just get up an go so fast like elderly especially when they are limited to mobility the weather etc

Wifi, really needs to be upgraded. It barely even works. Can not access a single site. It worth to even try to use.
