Surprisingly Clean room, no strange odors, spacious and very comfortable bed with a huge TV. The location was great, near a big mall and lots of dining options.

It took me at least 45 minutes to an hour to finally get into my room after travelling for almost 18 hours. I must explain that I had arrived at the location around 3 am, and there was nobody attending the reception. Had to wait outside in the cold till a guest entered and opened the door with his keycard. Then it took a while for the clerk to attend me and took some time to start up the system. I had paid upfront but needed to fill everything again.

Bed was comfortable and the mini suite with a full kitchenette. The not so good was mold in the bathroom with the ceiling directly above the shower head buckled and looks like it will collapse. The sinks in the kitchen and bathroom need to be cleaned. water would build up and drain very slowly. The carpet had stains in large areas. Could benefit from carpet cleaner. All in all comfortable and good value for the money and hopefully the negative stuff albeit very serious issues can be looked into and resolved

Almost every evening, the occupants above me were loud and continued to stomp on the floor. I reported each night to the front desk. Some nights were worse than others as I tried to recover from surgery on my hip and taking medications post -op. The noise from above really upset me.

The staff is awesome! We have had the pleasure of dealing with Janice on a daily basis and her joyful, personable customer service is so appreciated! The evening staff member Tyrek is always helpful and professional! Location is perfect. The large fridge and cooktop are great features.

The on site laundry is ok, just had an issue with the washer but they tried to resolve it as best they could.

It was very convenient and close to stores. The staff was amazing 10/10! Both night staff and day staff were so kind and helpful and friendly!

The breakfast bar was awful! The muffins were so gross. Dry tasteless and nasty. No oatmeal was available or fruit. Coffee was very good. The construction was also a bummer very noisy.

Convenient location and hidden gem.

The friendly staff and very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this location. Extended from a different location and that was also great.

Excellent hotel with excellent location. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ms. Janice, she is really kind and willing to attend any request. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Ms. Janice!

Breakfast was either a granola bar or muffin & water for coffee.

Better breakfast options as well as shampoo and conditioner in the restroom.

I love the stay very clean and good location , not far from where I needed to attend a gathering.. looking forward to staying there in the future..👍💯
