Good location, easy walking distance to Hermosa Beach and fairly close to Redondo Beach as well. A good number of restaurants close by, mostly in the hotels nearby. You may need to drive to the central districts of Redondo, Hermosa or Manhattan Beach if you want more variety. Our room was spacious and had everything we need for a short stay.

The AC unit was built into the wall, which was nice, but was too close to the bed and always blasting cold air directly at the bed which was less than ideal.

Location, room amenities, walkable area, workout room. Most personnel were very nice and accommodating- there were exceptions to that.

No coffee available in the lobby until 7:00 am, no complimentary coffee in lobby for guests, no room service other than housekeeping- if no housekeeping there is no replenishing of room coffee - so if we don’t remember to ask, there is no coffee early in the morning. :( Not a huge thing, but desk personnel COULD look up from their phone, smile and say hello at the very least. A couple of them seemed not to care or (one person) annoyed that we disturbed them. It seems that guests should not be made to feel we are an inconvenience.

The hotel was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Jack was able to help me get early check in which was wonderful since we were visiting family for the holiday weekend. Jack was kind and it was good to meet him when we checked in. I also like that if we did y have plans, Jack gave options of where to see fireworks or dinner. Great experience.

Location was great, room was comfortable and well appointed. Can't beat the distance to the beach, and the meal I ate (breakfast) was very good.

The light around the mirror doesn't appear to be able to turn off, so the bathroom door needed to be closed overnight or there was a constant light on.

We had a very nice room close to the elevator, that made it quick and easy for us.

We had stayed here a couple of times before COVID and enjoyed the complimentary Wine and canapes between 5-7pm. However this time the Happy Hour was between 3-4pm from memory, simply the totally wrong time of day for probably 90% of the guests staying at the Hotel. I would have thought that the 5-7pm time is perfect for everyone and guests could also mingle and share their trips etc together, making this Hotel a really great place to be.

we like the location, the amenities, the Starbucks/Bar/Kitchen. Good food options, friendly staff. our room was comfortable and well appointed! We really appreciate the small fridge and microwave. We love the fitness center’s functional trainer!

Wish there were a make-up swing-out wall mirror and better lighting in the bathroom. Would like to have the microwave higher than floor level. Would prefer a Kuerig to the current coffee maker in the room.

Great location and room. My husband has been coming to this hotel for 35 years.

Unfortunately its become very expensive now especially as you have to pay for parking and breakfast on top of the price rise for the rooms.

No real closet to hang our clothes. Never experienced that ever at a hotel. Closet had about three fort space for hanging up your clothes.

Very comfy beds and great location. Love the dressing gowns! Nice touch.

The price of the hotel has risen quite a lot including paying for parking and the 'deposit' you have to give.
