This perfect little boutique hotel is a wonderful place to either relax or party. So you have the beach, which is one short block to relax on the sand and enjoy the beautiful ocean water of Hermosa. You may want to enjoy the nightlife AS well, PERFECT! Everything is here for you to enjoy. Their free bikes in the lobby help you to explore the area, which is a plus plus. Which is awesome in any direction you go. Great restaurants. I must say that the staff were amazing. The rooms are very secure and comfortable. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A VERY BUSY AREA. I just can't say enough of how I enjoyed my stay. Oh, and the roof top view and the area to relax or grill or maybe have a nice glass of wine is perfect. Enjoy. Thank you, SW BEACH HOTEL. Nice and quiet boutique hotel in central location, with good looking & clean rooms Even on busy weekend nights I didn't hear anything in my room. A/C ran well. Check in and check out were super easy. It's going to be the hotel I stay at for my future LA vacations visiting family.

I think actual blackout curtains would be nice as an option as the rooms are beautiful with an abundance of light but can't block out that light all the way. I wore an eye mask and overall slept well!

localization is wonderful (steps to the beach / restaurants / shops. soundproofing is great from the outside noises.

soundproofing is great from the outside noises (my room was in front of a large parking lot), it could be improved from the inside (guests speaking loudly at 2.00 am in the hallway woke me up). However, hotels are not responsible for non-respectful guests.

The location was steps away from the beach and perfect for exploring the local area by foot! The "contactless check-in" was a bit of a concern, but the hotel was amazingly professional sending over the forms and codes + explaining parking prior to arrival.

Absolutely nothing! We had an amazing time and have already recommended this hotel to friends looking to stay in Hermosa!

We loved the decor and the fact that it was a stone’s throw to the beach. It was also very clean.

The AC malfunctioned a few times and the room had no window. I had requested a balcony but there was none so we had no air coming in. The staff rushed to our rescue to fix it but it stopped working again. The sheets are polyester so the bed was warm anyway. I hope they can work this out as it’s a lovely little place in a great location.

We stayed in the Penthouse suite. It smelled like the ocean.Also, staff need to make sure the room is restocked with towels.

Lovely boutique modern hotel in the centre of Hermosa just a stone throw away from the beach. Lovely clean well equipped room with a little kitchen area. Wonderful upstairs outdoor terrace with tables and fire pits. A beautiful chill place to relax after exploring beautiful California. The staff were super lovely too xxx

Super close to the beach and many restaraunts and bars within walking distance.

No available parking, but they have a limited number of passes you can buy for $20/day so you can park in one of the city lots.

The Location said 100 metres from the Beach and it was exactly where it said, and I was a littler concerned about booking a small boutique hotel, but the location appealed to me. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and standard of the hotel, the owners and ll staff!! I'll be back Cheers Ray

I love the available beach equipment that was included with the stay. I wish it was mentioned before booking my stay. It made it very convenient having easy access to a beach. I hope to stay here sometime in the future.
