Covered parking connected to hotel. Hotel within close walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, entertainment. Walking/biking paths to next beach town. Decent bathrooms near beach.

There was a big mistake on my bill at checkout. I prepaid for my hotel through booking.com and the hotel charged me again for $1,425. It is still not rectified/refunded. The hotel, also, charged me for an upgraded room that I did not request, but the front desk did remove the upgraded charge. A beachfront room at this hotel overlooks a very large, black parking lot not shown in the online pictures.

I came here with my family, including two young boys. We loved the location by the pier and marina and close to Captin Kidds. The parking was easy and close. The rooms were large and very comfortable with a view of the ocean. The staff was very nice. The pool was great and my kids loved the hot tub. Would recommend.

It was always busy and bustling. Not necessarily bad but there were always large groups going in and out and sometimes it was loud at the first-floor restaurant. We also wanted to add on a night but they were fully booked. Good for them!

The staff is top notch! We arrived the Friday before Christmas at 3 a.m. after an exhausting and frustrating day of travel by plane. We were wiped out when we checked in. Your front desk employee and valet were very helpful and accommodating in helping us to get settled in. I was on the verge of tears when we checked in, and your employees made our check-in so nice. We appreciate the service we received. Our luggage stayed behind, so we had no clothes or toothbrushes. Luckily, we were given robes and toothbrushes, and toothpaste. This may seem like a small thing, but to us, it was a big deal! We love this hotel. The location near the harbor is amazing. The room was nice and comfortable and clean. Room service was excellent. We ordered breakfast in our room and the meal was substantial and delicious. We thank you for employing such great people at your hotel. We loved the on-site restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. There's a lovely gift shop/store selling a variety of items which was very nice. We highly recommend this hotel.

Location was great. Facilities clean Got an Ocean and Marina view as requested. Staff very friendly. On site parking which appeared secure. Lobby area very nice. Free water with upgrade . Shower pressure great. Fast elevators! All staff very accommodating and friendly!

Furniture in the room dated and worn. The door closures for bathroom all mismatched and though cute not too practical in middle of the night. For the cost would have liked a little more room for 3 people. If water included then should have been in room each day rather than having to ask. Buffet at SOL restaurant was very expensive. Items were similar to places/hotels where buffet is free.

The staff was very kind and helpful! I loved being greeted every time we walked into the hotel. The room was spacious, I've actually stayed in that room before!

I have always said the 3rd floor rooms by the pool should have access stairs and gate to the pool. Also, a bathing suit spinner to get the extra water out would be a nice touch! lawn games by the turf would be fun- like a giant connect four or jenga, and pickle ball sets would be fun!

The hotel facilities were extremely good. The lobby area with bar but also an area to have an office call quietly were very good. I did not use the pool but the gym was okay. The view was nice and Downtown was 20-30 min away. Long Beach as well. Staff was friendly and helped with packing some oversized toy we bought and could not fit in the suitcase. Thank you!!

The coffee is bad but I think this is an American thing. No judgement.

booked ocean view king.... reception first put us in side room partial ocean view ,not what l booked. have stayed there over 20 years. called reception, given correct room straight away. so very pleased... love the location ,miss rubies and the classic car show , but still very happy there. great location.

the parking fee is a bit over the top. 40 us dollars a night.

We have stayed at this hotel on two previous occasions so I knew what view I wanted so I booked an ocean sea view room. The room was very large and comfortable and had everything you could need. I would have liked a kettle instead of the coffee machine as the machine was old and tasted of metal. Having a fridge is an added bonus. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom let the room down really as it was quite outdated and dark and just needed a revamp. Every time we ran the sink tap the smell was awful, the hotel did send someone to look and it improved for a day or two only.

The location was excellent (just minutes from the beach), the food in the bar and room service were both very good, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable, the staff were always friendly and accomodating. All in all it was quite simply excellent!

The breakfast buffet in Sol was the only negative, it was overpriced for the mediocre quality of what was provided and nothing was hot (only lukewarm). It was just average at best.

I was attending Beachlife Festival and it was across the street, perfect! Nice big room, on the street side, could not hear the music from the beach at all when I needed rest. The lobby was really animated because of the Festival which was fun. The buffet at Sol was pretty great, lots of options, but not included.
