I chose a good location for my week-long stay in L.A. I had no trouble figuring out the bus lines. The place was clean and well-appointed. The host provided plenty of amenities in the bathroom and snacks and condiments in the kitchen. There are restaurants in the area and a 7-11 down the street, but it would have been nice to know where a grocery store was located.

The only hiccup I experienced was that the kitchen sink backed up and I had to call three times before it was fixed, which happened on my last day. I had to leave the door unlocked on three occasions when I went out for the day.

-Perfect location, 5 minutes drive to Japan Town, 8 minutes drive to the Getty museum,less than 15 minutes drive to Santa Monica and about 10 minutes to Beverly Hills. You can get all what you need nearby, especially fresh Asian foods from the Japanese grocery. -Free parking directly outside the apartment, safe and easy for those who have a car -Laundry available in the property (with fee) -Large and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking meals -nice and helpful staff as host

- mattress is a little bit too soft, but still ok for me - bathtub has been clogged before we checked in, which is really annoying and inconvenient.

Very clean and very spacious. Apartment complex is very secure.

Coffee maker did not have filters or ground coffee. Squirrels will often beg for food from you on the patio. Traffic jam in the afternoon on Ohio and Butler streets will delay your check-in time if you are approaching from the west. Best to approach from the east or from the 405. Bath tub is slippery and my wife sustained a fall. Arcadia door in the living room is difficult to latch.

The apartment is really big, and very well equipped. Two big bedrooms, both with ensuite toilet, sink and bath/shower. There is a patio off the main room, and that leads directly to the pool which is steps away. If you're doing anything in West LA this is a really good location. The apartment came with a parking place, which was very nice to have.

There were just a few things, such as loose door knob, and paint peeling, that brought the "executive" experience down a notch. I contacted the renters and let them know, and they responded quickly about fixing the four small issues.

This has exactly what I needed for my stay in LA. Good sized, has everything one would want including cooking facilities and the location is 2nd to none. A good 20-30mins walk (5mins drive) to Westwood which has everything you need. Hollywood Boulevard, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills are also within 10mins drive away.

Not much to be honest, there's nothing to complain about on my end.

The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. It had all we needed to comfortably spend our stay. The location was spot on! Gated area with pool and spa, parking space for one car and outdoor area. Welcome package was a nice touch.

I should have booked it for longer :(

The rooms were neat and clean. Although it was not "home" it felt like home.

It could have used a handicap-equipped bathroom. The addition of some grab bars in the shower, and a raised toilet, would not cost much money, and would make the place even more inviting to potential guests, and open up the range of potential customers.

Gated Community so very safe, other tenants that live in complex are very quiet and friendly.

Paid washer and dryer, as I thought it was in apartment. Wifi password is what’s on the modem not what is given in emails.

the location is excellent in West LA, assigned parking spot was very helpful the apartment was very clean and well stocked and comfortable the staff met us to give our key and helped to carry our luggage into the aparttment it was easy to communicate with the staff

The apartment was big and clean will a very nice pool view. The bed was very comfortable and huge, there was everything we needed even the access to the laundry that we only paid something like two dollars.

A little bit hard to understand were is the entrance of the property and the contact with the host but nothing serious, when he arrived he was super nice.
