It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Water pressure was way too low which made it hard to shower. Toilet is way too close to you when you’re getting out of the shower to the point where your towel might touch it. That’s gross. The T.V didn’t work the second night. I called front desk but they weren’t able to fix it so it kinda sucked we couldn’t watch tv when we wanted to. Microwave also didn’t work that great. Overall stay was great but these things were annoying.

Booked initially because of location, but found that property is beautiful and clean and the staff are very friendly! Outdoor patio was beautifully designed, including the fire pit, and we enjoyed sitting outside! Hilton app provided for digital check-in and key upon arrival, communication with management, and auto check-out. Everything was nice and easy!

Sometimes wi-fi was querky and we had a little trouble with digital key!

Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants.

I did not like the room bathroom. The shower was really difficult to regulate and the water stream was painful. Also, it was an ADA bathroom so it didn’t have doors and the water got all over the room. Room was pricey and I thought it included breakfast but apparently it didn’t so would not stay there again.

We stayed at Hilton garden inn for 3 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location - in one direction shopping/mall, the other direction a supermarket. We felt very safe in Burbank, I highly recommend.

The breakfast buffet can be skipped to be honest.

Parking was very convenient and affordable for the area - rooms are spacious and everything was clean. Front desk associates were very helpful throughout the stay. They also made extending the stay by an additional night very easy.

A member of the dinning room staff during the breakfast buffet seemed disgruntled that we had a breakfast ticket and kept requesting our room number over and over again, which made the breakfast experience a bit uncomfortable.

The only thing I would recommend is to change out the bath towels. You can almost see through them. Obviously due to the many washings. I experienced this at another Hilton hotel in NY.

It was so nice loved that we could do our own laundry. Nice and clean room was nice and big. Loved that I could upgrade.

The breakfast was a let down we were there 4 day's. The breakfast was the same every day. We were hoping for a little change of eggs or a but more option's.

The bacon and eggs were very good I really enjoyed the fresh fruit with cottage cheese

The pancakes were a little rubbery tried the danish reminded me of packaged grocery store danish would of liked croissants instead

The staff was helpful and kind, the location was ideal, and the suites and overall building was beautiful. The gym was a real nice touch, too!
