The room had several maintenance issues. There was a hole in the inside of the bathroom door, as if it had been punched. Part of the wallpaper was missing near the bathroom vanity, and the detachable shower handle couldn’t be secured to the wall because the mounting bracket was broken. Additionally, the yellow chair in the room was badly stained.

This is the first motel I have ever been to where I thought that I would like to come back! The bed was comfy, check in and check out were seamless, the bathroom was modern, and the shower was great! I wish every motel was like this place. Also,.good distance from Burbank Airport.

Biggest complaint is that blankets were not provided, only sheets. It never gets cool enough in Burbank to warrant blankets, but they would still be appreciated. It's still just a motel. Don't expect anything beyond motel amenities.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Burbank Airport AND the glowing reviews I read and the reasonable cost. It was all that, and as cute and clean as the pictures showed. The bed was great. The parking easy and right by my door and office. Staff was helpful and cordial. It would be my first choice again if I needed to stay anywhere in the vicinity of the San Fernando Valley.

I had to find it at night, and altho it was exactly where GPS said it was, it was easy to miss. But by daylight, and I had my bearings, it was no problem.

The location was everything. I was so comfortable and the view was beautiful. The bed was sooo comfortable. I didn't want to wake up and leave. the jacuzzi tub was clean and it worked excellent. The shower and whole bathroom was clean and large.

The heater / air conditioner was difficult to operate. The remote to the unit was nit simple enough to understand. We had to ask the staff and still had a little difficulty. Once we got it working it was okay. We had to keep the heat warming running due to a draft.from the main door. There was a sizable gap that allowed air to enter making it cold and after a shower we needed the warmth.

Bed was very comfortable Spa room amazing Maid service was excellent

No breakfast service coffee or Microwave, but rates fair in a very expensive region, bring your coffee pot or hit the bakery next door

Perfect location—close to airport and attractions. Well-worn but clean

It would be preferable to have no chair than one with a huge, creepy stain on it (room 201). I missed having a bedside light, but at least you could turn off the overhead light from bed.

Loved the inside. Comfortable bed. Plenty of entertainment. Loved the shower.

It wasn’t the property’s fault but the restaurant next door was closed on Tuesday’s. So I had to order breakfast, but that isn’t their fault!

The women at the front desk called our room to let us know that we shouldn’t park on the street as we’d get ticketed or towed. She did not have to do that but we greatly appreciated that she did. We’d totally stay there again.

Shows it's age, but nothing bad at all. Walkable to alot of food and activities. Close to Airport

Location is not far off the Freeway ! The Handicapped Shower was able to accommodate a Wheelchair. Plus had the proper Bars. Plus adjustable for shower head !

That there was only 1 handicapped parking space for 2 Handicapped Rooms !
