I loved everything.

I would’ve gave it a 10 like always since I love staying here but the only issue I had was we kept hearing the people on top of our room walking back and fourth with heavy footsteps and the floor would make creaking noises constantly. We had trouble sleeping. but the rest was a solid 10/10

The place was better than we expected for sure. We walked in and it was a huge contrast to the outside. It felt like we were walking into a swanky villa. The layout was great and althiugh the property is not huge they did a great job making it feel grand yet intimate. On of the reasons we picked this place wss becuase of the location is Universal Studios and the free parking and it delivered on both of those things. The large dual shower was amazing and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We all got a good nights sleep after a long day at Universal Studios and those pillows were perfectly soft. Will definitely be staying next time we are in town.

My only issue was I was unable to cancel my reservation 30 minutes after I made it cause of unforeseen circumstances. But the staff was nice and tried to help the best they could to find a differenet solution. The view we had was of a street and I even though I slept great I was woken up by the people staying above me walking around. But I am a light sleeper unlike the rest of my family who slept through it. It wasn't perfect but worth every penny.

Great location with great staff. Excellent room facilities, spacious suite that was well appointed. Shuttle service was excellent where Luis and Jose were fantastic ambassadors.

Plenty of parking every single staff was amable and gave great customer service. Feel welcome and able to enjoy your self. You truly are able to relax.

I prefer faster speed elevators but, I know that’s not for everyone.

Very clean. Close to Universal Studios, the LA Zoo and Warner Brothers. The hotel resturant was very good.

it’s relaxed and the staff are really nice

the room was very nice the location was nice and safe. the beds and pillows were comfortable there was a extra pillow and throw blanket in the closet as well as a safe. the shower was huge with 2 shower heads. the view was pretty. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good the steak was amazing the potatoes were good in the vegetables for nice and soft

The only thing I would have liked is if it had a microwave in the room.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and very helpful! They were able to help us with the shuttle though we did a very last minute pre check in to the hotel. The shuttle driver was wonderful and was able to accommodate us to universal studios and back when we didn’t call for the shuttle to take us back to the hotel.

Great location by the beach and shopping. The beds are super comfy. The restaurant was wonderful, too, especially the desserts.

The rooms were a bit 1980

The double shower was nice, the room clean and the bed comfortable. I also appreciate the free Starbucks coffee, Travel size deodorant and make up towel.

Some things were a bit out dated.. but nothing worth mentioning by name.
