Staff and management are very professional. We stayed for 2 nights as I took my 7 year old boy to Universal Studios for the 1st time and we made the BEST memories. Conveniently close to Universal so we were able to take an afternoon break to recharge and head back. A major plus is they have the best and well known Porto’s Bakery walking distance from motel.

No complaints. Was able to get a good nights sleep in both nights.

The property was perfect for what we reserved it for, Universal Studios. It was only 20 mins away from the hotel. They are in the process of remodeling and I saw an upgraded room it looks very nice. I will definitely come back again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking lot was really small.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time now, and it is always a pleasure! The location is great, it’s close to some of my favorite stores and a delicious Porto’s! The rooms are always clean, quiet and comfortable. The WiFi is quick, connecting to it is simple, and the staff is always helpful and understanding. Also has a great Latino food place right in the corner and it’s delicious!

Some of the rooms do have the vents of the Air Conditioners are broken so the air blows towards the floor but, happy it works nonetheless.

There was plenty of room in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The staff was polite during my stay, and there was no noise from other guests, which made my stay even better.

I have no negatives about my stay

It was a good hotel. It is located close enough to Universal studio that after a long day of walking around it doesn't take long to get to the hotel.

The TV was hard to change channels. The deadbolt didn't work. Stepped outside in the morning to the police with someone sitting on the curb. The parking lot is tiny.

If you have a room with windows to the road it's very noisy. But the staff is so nice and hospital to change a room for you, if possible.

The price and the location was just what we needed. The room was clean and had everything for our stay.

Parking is tight, but there are more spaces behind the building.

Price matches value; many convenient resources within walking distance; excellent choice for a long stay (10+ days).
